I've spent all day trying to call this branch. So, I will provide a tutorial below on how to answer a phone: 1.) If the phone is ringing, pick it up in order to initiate the call. You may then proceed to talk with the other line or put them on hold for a brief call. 2.) Make sure you've picked up the phone to answer. Just blankly staring at the phone will not cause it to pickup.

Someone paid their credit card four times for a total of $83 from MY checking account. Cap One reimbursed my account but did not investigate the matters. I closed my credit card, checking and savings accounts and went to another bank.

I live south of town and can not for the life of me understand closing their Nelson Street branch. This was before the storm hit LC so that is not the reason for the closing. The closest branch now is Ryan Street hub in the middle of LC busiest traffic intersection. It would seem that there nation wide "What Is In Your Wallet" would be enough to keep their branches open. Enterprise, 5th Avenue, & now Nelson. Now their online service has changed January 2021, which if I'm right will have extras at a cost.... I have been with this bank since I got my first payroll check in 1978, but times are a changing!!!

ItCapital One is the WORST bank in Lake Charles, without doubt. They will do anything to keep customers from getting what they need done. They act like once your money is in their hands, it belongs to them. If you need a bank in Lake Charles, do your research. Go with someone like Jeff Davis Bank that is local, more fiscally sound, and has a better bank score. UPDATE . . . Capital One refuses to honor Louisiana court orders. They have flagrant contempt for Louisiana courts and judges. Their lawyers in Virginia apparently believe they don't have to comply with Louisiana court orders and question their validity and executability. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DISREPUTABLE "FINANCIAL INSTITUTION" NOR SHOULD YOU ACCEPT A CHECK, ETC DRAWN ON CAPITAL ONE. They believe they are above the LAW

Hell yeah!!! Capital One saved my gambling desire....Lake Charles has Noooooooooooo BofA's anywhere in their land......so I used capitals atm to take my sweet little a** to the casino....and guess what....I enjoyed it!

Drive thru needs major improvements. Waiting over 45 minutes to make a deposit. Rude staff. Can we for the love of God get the line moving can we get someone else a little faster to work the commercial line. Such a waste of time and gas to be sitting in line for this long

I would not get a bank with these people a bank account with these people because they're idiots and I go to another bank this bank is not a good one it's very very bad one
