Superb customer service experience. Jennifer (the manager) was amazing. She took care of an issue that I had with a pair of boots I’d purchased, and extremely helpful with determining what I needed going forward to prevent it from happening. 10/10.

For those who appreciate "WOW" experiences, this is the place for you! JENNIFER, THE STORE MANAGER, IS FREAKING AWESOME!!! She expressed a genuine desire to make my experience memorable. She knows her stuff. Her attention to detail was 5-star! And you're going to want to remember the name "Cole." He's a new salesperson, but I can tell that he is destined for greatness. He's a great listener, and he has an Amazing teacher. Zoe, my cashier, was warm and friendly. If you're not local to Lake Charles, this experience is worth the trip!!!

I'm very disappointed in this place. I was looking for a certain item . They had moved everything around. Nobody had ask to help me. I finally spotted 3 employees towards the the back talking. I got up to them and had to ask if they worked here. I ask them about the item I was shopping for. They pointed in the direction it was in instead of walking me to the back of the store and showing me where it was at. What got me is I literally had to ask them if they worked there ?
