Worst furniture buying experience ever. The entire staff is misleading and lies to get a sale. We had promised delivery dates, finance rates, etc. They changed the financing without informing us and they have rescheduled our delivery 4 times now. Nobody is on the same page. The store tells us one thing, and then we get another phone call from someone else telling us another. Three times now furniture was supposed to be delivered, and nobody called to tells us it wasn’t coming. That is both unprofessional and disrespectful. They also have customers exit through the emergency door in order to keep their numbers of guests in the store up as we were informed by the salesperson Lexus. Numbers should not be so important that you are chasing guests down to have them exit through an emergency door exit.

What a great experience I have had the past two days at Ashley Furniture in Lake Charles. Jacey took her time explaining everything , making sure we got the best possible price! The store was busy both days we went, but she made sure we felt comfortable and not rushed. It was a no pressure, “let me see what I can do for you” kind of sale! It was so seamless the first day, I went back the next day and bought 4 more items that I had on my wish list!Jacey was determined to get us the best deal she possibly could and maximized our purchase down to the penny! We also got the insurance for peace of mind, a lot can happen in 5 years! I wish there was a “Jacey” at the car lot or DMV! Yikes! Jacey you made me and my family feel so welcome and made us repeat customers! Thank you for the time you took with us, it was a pleasant experience!

They weren't very accommodating during the purchase and delivery of the sofa. When I called, the sales associate was very rude, and did not warn me about "all sales are final." So if there is an issue with the furniture you are purchasing, they will NOT refund you.

I had a wonderful experience today. Two people helped me. I wasn’t sure if I could afford the furniture I needed but they helped me to take advantage of the sale and finance opportunities. So it fit in my budget. One big problem is I gave them the wrong address for delivery. I need to get in touch with delivery service before July 17. How do I do that? Do I have to go back to the store or can I change the address over the phone?

We had a great experience shopping at Ashley today. Our salesman was helpful with answering our questions, but did not pressure or pester us. We feel like we got a great deal on the piece of furniture we bought.

We recently relocated to the area and purchased a sofa, loveseat, chair, and king bedroom set from the Lake Charles Ashley Furniture. The overall buying experience was great, but everything went downhill from there. The sofa, loveseat, and chair was scheduled to be delivered to us on a Tuesday but nobody showed up or called us to reschedule. We called the store and scheduled again for a Thursday, and again nobody showed up or called us to reschedule. Since the store had the furniture, we decided to pick it up ourselves thinking that would be easier. Unfortunately, even us trying to pick up the furniture from the store was a challenge. We were told that we could only load from certain doors, and a comment was then made about some doors tracking guests in store by corporate. After loading everything and thinking the worst was behind us, the same issue repeated itself today with our king bedroom set. Part of our order was scheduled to be delivered, but we received an autogenerated text that the delivery was cancelled. Again, no call from anyone explaining why or asking us to reschedule. After calling the store, I was assured that everything was now scheduled for delivery again on 8/2. Shortly after that call, I received another call from Ashley saying I still needed to schedule part of the order. The lack of customer service and organization at this store blows my mind. Who knows if the furniture will actually show up on 8/2, the only thing I know for certain at this point is we will not be back.
