Brought my son in, as he’s now on the cross country team. We received such dedicated and knowledgeable customer service. They explained everything that he should and shouldn’t do to keep him at his peak. Highly recommended.

The guys at 5 Star are amazing. They helped set me up on a supplement regiment to get me through military training. As a matter of fact, I was able to keep up with guys half my age and pass my PT runs at the male standard for ppl 10yrs younger than myself. Because they use the supplements, they know exactly how they affect the body which makes setting up a regiment that much easier. These guys are on top of it .

I have tried the CBD products from 5 Star Nutrition. I use CBD to help me with my leg cramps, and to sleep better. Ever since I started using the CBD drops I’ve been sleeping a lot better, and I’ve been able to get into the gym more often! 5 Star is great, the athletes that work there are so friendly and knowledgeable. I also love that they don’t carry too many products, they seem to only carry the best brands that they use and reccomend which makes it easy and quick!

Me and my fiancé went into five star nutrition for the first time yesterday (5-19-19); as soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by Matthew. All I have to say is I have never received such great customer service, he made the whole process from analyzing each of us to recommending the right products a fun experience. I won’t ever go anywhere else not simply because the products are great but the customer service can’t be matched by anyone else in my opinion.

Been going here since 2017 they have my loyalty very knowledgeable even there locations in Houston but I prefer this one I travel over 45 min to go here they can ship your products but then you can’t get on there scale and help you out with a meal plan or advice also they give out free shirts every now and then

Best place around. Staff is very knowledgeable and really help me at age 50+ to stay in the game. Staff looks professional and the store doesn't look like trash on the inside like some other nutrition places.
