It's sad to have seen this store go down so far. The Rainbow in New Iberia was so nice and it closed. This store is a far cry from that. I walked in and was appalled. The amount of clothing on the floor was ridiculous. It looked like a dump, the racks were so tight and pushed together that you can't even pass through. The store is almost unshoppable. I guess if it still makes dollars than it still makes sense to leave it like that. The community deserves better. Employees talking on the phone, one behind the counter talking about she's going out tonight and it'll be a "movie" she should've been making a move from the behind the counter to check the scene on that damn sales floor. She's leaning while she could be cleaning. I guess the regional manager must never visit. This place needs a serious overhaul.

As I’m sitting here stunned because I drove an hour to come to this store I got here at 6:43 early they locked the doors the store close at 7p I’m gonna find out the district manager because the should inform the public on the website the have 7 and on the door
