The employees are really nice. I was greeted and my car was inspected and my total was 123 and some change. That was for a total wash, vacuum, and shampoo of my front row and middle row. Oh and also my tire shine. Upon receiving my car I noticed the cup holders and pockets were not cleaned. I was told by an employee that they were not allowed to touch my personal items from these areas. I didn't know this prior to service. I was confused because my laptop, shoes, and bag were moved. I just figured they moved those items because the needed to vacuum. Courtney came to immediately wipe the pockets and cup holders. She was nice. As I left I noticed the gear shift and parking break area was never wiped, and I had sticky residue on the back on the car. For this type of money at this time of the year, I expected better. I really wanted to bring my other car back tomorrow but am doubting doing this.

If I could give them zero stars I would! My husband got his truck detailed there yesterday and left with scratches and places where paint completely came off. His truck is a 2021 tundra! This should never happen. When he showed them what they did they claimed they didn't do it and got the manager. The manager called Todd and Todd proceeded to tell my husband he needed to go find the paint on the ground (wet concrete mind you) to prove that they did it!! After reading reviews this morning I have found NUMEROUS reviews of paint damages occurring to vehicles very similar to my husbands situation, along with vehicles being damaged in general. Todd then called my husband back wanting to see the truck himself. We live in lake Charles so he can't show him until Tuesday. In the meantime we've been in contact with our lawyer. My husband spent over $100 on a detail job that was NOT a detail job, and left with a damaged vehicle. This place is a joke!! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!

It was just disappointing to pay so much money for a job that was half done, and took so so long to do if I wanted to clean my car out I could have done it for $6 in 20 mins not $60 in 90mins... and they still left stuff I had to get them to come back and clean....

My wife asked the big red head girl for the free air fresheners and it took 20 minutes for us to get them. She was being so rude our entire time there. Yall used to have such friendly workers, what happened to that super sweet cashier girl with the long hair and the funny girls who always had colored hair? I used to be able to actually talk to the workers now all i get is snarky remarks from that big redhead girl? I think i heard someone call her becca? She was rude to me and most of the workers.

Today I went to Todd's. Wanted my car detailed inside and out. Someone signaled me to move to a line where they check cars in. Waited and waited over 10 - 15 minutes no one came. There were no cars in front of me and only one car in the next stall being cleaned. I saw 3 or 4 employees seating down eating in the next stall. No one cared. I turned around and drove away. Went to the front and asked for the manager. A black guy walked in saying he was the manager. Signaled me to follow him in my car. Went back to the same stall that now had 2 cars and 1 person working. The "manager" showed me that everyone was working so ....he didn't help at all. He wasn't very excited about his job or dealing with me. Turned around and left. If you want professional service DO NOT COME HERE. FORGET about detailing. They can't even take care of 2 customers at the same time. If you want a mediocre and slow car wash, here-is the place for you. So disappointed. Used to be the best car wash in town.

Car came out good, however I sat for almost an hour with no customer service. Come to find out that my car was done about a half an hour before and "it's my fault because I didn't ask sooner." Was told that someone would come let me know when it was ready. Overall, good cleaning, bad service

I don't know why all the bad reviews?! I took my car in for the Super Works Wash with leather conditioner on dash and doors and my car came out really nice. The staff was very friendly. They took their time. Yet, I went in on a Saturday Morning at 10:00 am and they got me in and out in about 35 minutes. I would have given it 5 stars but someone left a small crack in my drivers side window during wash (probably went down while wiping down inside) so my seat was about 1/3 wet. I was a little upset bc my car isn't even 3 months old but it was an easy mistake. I was overall happy with my experience though!

Very unsatisfied with the $30 service I got today. I got home 20 minutes down the road and inspected the vehicle. Had to wipe down my whole truck once I was home due to tire shine allllll over my white truck. Half the tires have shine, my rims were cleaned whatsoever besides from the wash itself. I usually stick to the one on Pinhook or ambassador car I guess I won't be returning. I figured they were done in 5 minutes after it was out of the wash there was no way it was satisfactory. Boy was I right

My car was perfectly washed and detailed but the service was a little slow considering the cashier seemed like she needed more training. She didn't even realized I had not payed for my service. I could have just walked out of there.

So when I finally remembered to check in here on my second visit, I forgot my phone...ugh #yelpthings Anyways, both times I only got the exterior done (and both times my car was dirty af...living near nature and sugar cane truck routes will cost ya) and they do such a great job with the pre-wash. It is pretty much required if you want your car to look *really* really clean after the hands-free carwash thing. The pre-wash ($10), carwash ($5?) and drying ($5) was a total of $20 and worth it for the speed if anything. If you're super into the details and perfection, might want to do the job on your own. I didn't think to take before and after pictures....and I don't have my phone anyways...oops :)

I see some bad reviews just like every place gets so I wanted to give a thumbs up . N not gonna make everybody happy every time. I didn't want a full wash today just get the dust off. He accommodated my request w/fair price. I'll be back when I can leave it for them to give it the whole thang.

So I paid for the full package and they made me wait one hour, and they left one of my windows down that was supposed to get wiped down with rain x... Very disappointed. I paid $40 for a terrible job.

This is my first visit here but I am impressed. It is what one would expect from an all service car wash if you want the outside and inside of your car done well. Fast friendly service with the owner on site. This will be my go-to place for a sparkling clean car.

Horrible--paid $54 to have car washed and leather seats and doors detailed--pointed out outside and inside what wasn't done--could tell they were getting aggravated guess mgr came out offered to go again and clean--I had been there an hour told him I would do it myself--he turned to worker and said I offered go bk and do what you were doing! Got home specifically asked them to do trunk--well once again it was NOT done-I will NEVER go bk--
