Courtesy Lincoln has always been very good to us. From the purchase of our Lincoln Nautilus in 2020 to the service they've provided, we've always been extremely happy with them.

Satisfied overall with the vehicle and the sales team at Courtesy Lincoln. The vehicle could have been detailed much better than it was, very unacceptable.

I looked, examined and read up in “luxury SVU’s for 8 months before i purchased the Lincoln Natulis.
I looked very hard at the Mercedes, Genisis, BMW, even looked at a Buick.
For me the Lincoln was the best choice. And Courtesy is my hometown dealer.
I am not claiming that a Lincoln is the best. I will say after months of advice from friends, on line reviews and various test drives the Lincoln was my favorite.
There were other SVU’s that had slight advantages over the Lincoln. However when i examined all factors, the Lincoln Nautilus was the clear winner.

This experience was a good one compared to previous experiences. Chris the Customer Service advisor/manager was very professional service quality was great. However, on other occasions, there is a person who is a service advisor by the name of Brandy. Her customer service is horrible. She treated me as if I were a second class citizen. She was very rude and on several occasions when I called in or came by, she was rude. Never even spoke to me when I walked in the door, but she spoke to other customers that were of another ethnicity, which made me feel some type of way. I have considered purchasing a new Lincoln, but I’m sure if I even want to do it at the dealership because Brandy was so rude. But I give Chris And A+ for his excellent service on this visit.

Highly recommend seeing Richard Lewis. He took care of me with no pressure selling. My wife is still in Florida and they sent someone there to have her sign her paperwork. They went above and beyond our expectations. She loves her preowned vehicle that we purchased. If you are looking for a vehicle I encourage you to give them a shot!

Contacted Cuban for a truck he listed on FB. Went through all their verifications which I thought was complete nonsense but I did it anyways. My financial institution approved my purchase, I put down a deposit since it was late on a Friday afternoon had to wait until the following week. Due to unforeseen circumstances at work I could not get to their dealership until the following weekend but I asked Cuban to forward my loan officer the wire details so the financing part can be finished and all I would have to do is sign the paperwork once I get there since they do not do docusign in his own words. I called and keep calling and texting Cuban for the wire information etc and kept getting I will call you when I’m free etc. sent him a text around 630 he calls me and tells me the vehicle has been sold. He told me that morning I had that day to finish the deal in which I tried only needed wiring information which my bank never got. Needless to say, they sold the vehicle from under me while holding my deposit. I have yet to have a manager call me to explain why since I was never informed of a deadline of my deposit. I wouldn’t go thru the hassle with these guys if you live out of state, heck may be even if I lived in town. They make you go thru hoops just to sell from under you. Buyer beware!
