They were so awesome!! I had a lot of struggles with the portal and the owner personally called me, took care of everything and told me not to stress. Annie is AWESOME. She went above and beyond to spoil me and make sure I had an amazing experience. I recommend this place to every bride and bridesmaid. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I went to Bella Bridesmaids in Lafayette as one part of a bridal party that went to the Bella Bridesmaids in Maryland. Even though I didn't have any of the other Bridesmaids with me in Lafayette, they still included me in the discount that the rest of the group received in Maryland. My appointment was private and the staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Even though they did not have the exact dress that I wanted in stock, they did have enough of a selection where I could try on a similar style in my size. They contacted the designer and had a dress made to my specifications, size, color, etc. It took a few months for the dress to arrive, but the shipping was free with store pick up. They even allowed my mother to pick up the dress for me when I could not. I am blown away at how trouble-free this whole process was and how perfect the dress is! It fits like a glove and exactly what the bride was looking for. I just wanted to express my gratitude to Bella Bridesmaids and the staff at the Lafayette location! Thank y'all!!!

I literally never waste my time writing reviews but something needs to be said about the Lafayette location and I hope I can prevent future brides the headache and confusion. These people are so rude and literally make it impossible to buy dresses from them. They lied about production times and blamed covid. I literally never waste my time writing reviews but something needs to be said about the Lafayette location and I hope I can prevent future brides the headache and confusion. These people are so rude and literally make it impossible to buy dresses from them. They lied about production times and blamed covid. I went back in August looking to get 10 Amsale dresses @280 each before taxes (for those of you doing the math, I was going to spend over 3,000 there!!!!!!). The next day for a week I was harassed non stop saying if I did not order by August 11th my girls dresses wouldn’t make it by mid-DECEMBER!!! I then called Amsale directly and they were baffled and said they’d be in by September if I ordered by August 30th thus making a difference of SEVERAL MONTHS from what they told me. There were not production issues according to Amsale. She obviously just wanted to pressure me into buying that week when things had been stressful enough with my wedding being delayed multiple times due to covid. A friend and I called again today and asked to simply go look at a dress they had in the store to possibly order for a Mardi Gras ball and we were asked when we needed it for and if we were buying it that day. When we said we were just looking around at the moment she told us no, if we needed a dress before MARCH they wouldn’t allow us in there (I guess when she realized we weren’t planning to buy it that day she didn’t want to bother with us). Then asked if we could still make an appointment anyways and we were told she didn’t have any that day. Made someone call after us to say they needed to buy dresses and suddenly they had something available that day???Truly the most horrible experiences ever. Spoke to Amsale again and was told if I ordered the Mardi Gras ball dress by NOVEMBER I would get it in December lol. Ended up getting my bridesmaids and Mardi Gras ball dresses from Amsale directly and told them of my multiple horrible experiences and they will be handling it. They are literally costing these designers money with this horrible sales approach!!!!! RIDICULOUS. Stay away.

The sales associate was very nice until the actual sale and delivery of my girls bridesmaid dress. The dresses over here are already very pricey $200-$300 for a bridesmaids dress. So my maid of honor decided to get one because they are very pretty. The lady who is suppose to be an expert measured her completely wrong and ordered her a dress that was two sizes too big. After spending over $300 on a dress they told her they could do nothing about it so my maid of honor had to spend $250 more to alter her dress for it to even fit! That’s over $500 for a bridesmaid dress because they did not measure her correctly and would rather their clients have to pay for all kinds of alterations than “the dress be too small”. Great experience until things go wrong then very unprofessional with responses.

Waited until day dresses were suppose to be ordered to say they weren’t going to be able to order due to shortage of material. Almost a month later and not all bridesmaids have been reimbursed. They have to wait on a check in the mail but was charged by debit card. It doesn’t take that long if the checks were mailed when they said they were. It’s bad business. They are also horrible at returning phone calls for appointments. Now it’s too late to order bridesmaid dresses from somewhere else.

Had a absolutely wonderful time....my daughter found her dress here! Truly a magical experience for us and the owner gave my daughter hands down the best selection of dresses to choose from...couldn't ask for anything better!

Bella Bridesmaids are amazing!!!! We had a HORRIBLE experience at David’s bridal the day before we visited Bella and I almost walked out telling each one of the workers off! The first assistant didn’t like something that was said about a dress so she tells another assistant she needed to “deal” with our appointment. Then somehow we got another different assistant in this process. I had to help pick dresses and hang them back up and help my niece get into and out of the dresses! They wouldn’t write anything that was picked out down. We go to Bella’s today and OMG!! They were phenomenal! I have 2 weddings I am “planning” for 2 different nieces and we are definitely returning to Bella’s!!!!!! That you for making this appointment memorable! We were very impressed!

For my wedding, I decided on a certain color for the dress I chose that turned out to be discontinuing within a week after my decision. The girls at Bella Bridesmaids went above and beyond so that my bridesmaids could wear the color I chose! They are so helpful and sweet! And as a bridesmaid, they were able to squeeze me in for an appointment last minute that fit my work schedule. I would 100% recommend Bella Bridesmaids due to my continuous satisfaction!

Has a better selection to choose from, however, they did not have a large sample of plus size dresses to try on in the store. The manager Lauren was very hands on and eager to assist.

I 100% recommend Bella Bridesmaids-Lafayette!! We had the best appointment with Jordan! She was so helpful with everything we requested! Could not have asked for more!
