During a recent visit to All Brands, Meredith and Terry assisted us with measurements for a Confirmation dress. They provided the measurements with professional accuracy and a thorough explanation. This company is a scam.I had an issues with my Bernina and brought it to All Brands on May 4th 2022.I paid $330.75 and been told they will contact me and let me know what’s wrong with it.Month later I called to ask for an update.I been told they are waiting on a part which supposed to come from Bernina.Two months later I called again to check on status.I been told that I have to send my machine to Bernina (3 months later).When I asked Terry about the refund or at least partly refund because nothing been fixed he said to contact John (the owner) by email .I still waiting for John’s response…3 months later and $330 less with same Bernina issues…We brought this to a professional shop. What they, so far, have identified is the the screen is broken. Funny how it worked perfectly prior until you obviously broke the screen.Now we will have to send it to Bernina. This company is horrible!!!If I could get their Bernina franchise agreement revoked I would. I would never do business with these people and you shouldn’t either.

The coziest warmest store at this intersection of lafayette's 2 craziest streets surrounded by big box stores. Staff is great. A lively scene of local craftspeople is hanging out here sometimes. Shop here first especially for interesting quilting fabrics

Don't waste your time. Rude staff, minimal stock, and the items and machines they do have don't even work. Was told "they don't have a floor model they could show me" of the cheaper machine I was interested in while standing in front of a table with the machine sitting on top of it. Fine if its not working, but don't have it on the floor if you're going to refuse to show it to me.

I give All Brands in Lafayette, Louisiana 5 stars! Why? Because their service is superb. I have been greeted so kindly every single time I step into this store. They are very knowledgeable about their products and so patient as you make your selection. Their fabric selection is every seamstress dream and there is a host of quality threads and supplies. Thank you All Brands for providing quality service with kindness!

This was my 1st time walking into this Allbrands store, what a Great experience. Casey who was my customer service sales associate along with the manager made me feel at home. I didn't know everything I needed to get started with embroidery and know I kind of understand what materials I will need to start practicing. What great experienced, but very knowledgeable and helpful. I can't wait to continue to do business with this All brands her in Lafayette. Thanks Casey for making me fill welcomed.

The staff at Allbrands is just the best! They go out of their way to help! I had an issue with snaps and they stayed beyond closing and went out of their way to help me. One of my favorite “go to” places for sewing supplies in Lafayette! Great inventory but most of all, wonderful, attentive, people!

Well, I did have some problems with this store. I purchased a Brothers SE600 Sewing Embroidery Machine that was advertised for $499, got home and I had been charged $599. Also, there was supposed to be a CD with an additional 200 embroidery designs in the box and there was no CD in the box. After trying to contact the store for several days, I was finally able to get in touch with them. They did refund the additional fee that I was charged. They also told me that this machine was supposed to include the CD which was not in the box, so they would contact Brothers for me and have them send me a CD. I have not received the CD as of yet and I do not have a contact with Brothers to find out about this. I would love to see where this issue stands at this time.

My patience is running very thin with this company. I came there about a month ago now to get the Stellaire XJ1. I drove about 1 1/2 hours to get this machine. I even called and they said they had some in stock, one being a floor model. I get there and the staff was very helpful and nice however, after financing the machine, I was then told they didn’t have any in the back. I was then told that they could order it and it will be here on Wednesday of that next week. Cool no problem, I can wait?! But when I tell you it’s been the same thing for going on almost a month now. All I’m hearing now is “I’m sorry our truck hasn’t came in..it’s possible it’s on back order..it should be in next week.!” Every Wednesday since then I been calling and no luck. One guy even told my husband that they were waiting on the UPS truck and the earliest could be today(10/13/20). So I called today and what a surprise ? no shipment in and now I have to wait once again to Wednesday to see if any came in. If none comes in by next Wednesday, I am canceling my order and going to a better business. All this could have been avoided if I was just told upfront that they didn’t have any to sell and shipment would be an issue. I was also even told that a sales rep from that store would call a neighboring city to see if they had the machine and I would get a phone call back. No one has called me back about that either. I really do hope this store can get their act together because they are really messing with people’s businesses. I hope no one else has to experience this.
