This is the most pathetic and un-maintained gas station that I've ever been to! The owner obviously does not reinvest any of his earnings back into the upkeep of the equipment. Not only that, but half of the pumps are either out of gas or out of order with bags over the nozzles. The only reason I even go there is because I live in the immediate area.

This gas station Has pumps forever not working. Every time you try to use your fuel rewards card it tells you to go use clerk, and then when you go inside half time the stupid people who work there can't speak English. Tried going there today in a hurry about to run out of gas tried to use my fuel rewards card and it says C clerk, I go inside I get told machines not working. If your machines not working maybe you shouldn't open the store at all. How are you going to check out customers when your cash register doesn't even work but then again you don't speak English you probably don't understand things like that. If you want gas don't come to the Shell station. If you want something quick to drink or eat it might be an OK place to stop but then half the time the machines don't work.

Went to get gas at this shell station. I put my card in the pump to pay and the price that was on the sign was not what what shown on the pump. It was about 30 cents more than advertised. I decided that I was going to go elsewhere. I canceled the transaction at the pump and went inside to confirm that the transaction was canceled. The cashier verified this. Mind you I never even took the nozzle off the pump. So later I see that they deducted a dollar from my bank account. I know it's only a dollar, but why are you taking my money when you didn't provide me any service. I called and after numerous attempts someone answered. I was told that they shouldn't have taken my money, but they couldn't do anything about it and that it was my banks fault. I am very angry because they took money that they had no right to take and have no intention of paying it back. I will never come here again and will pass this on to my family and friends.

The owner of this business does not care about the customers that depend on and support this place. Never know what time it opens or what time of day or night that it will be closing. Ask the employees about the hours, what they say doesn't mean anything. The hours change day to day according to the employees working that day. Todays example: Sundays hours are open till 9:00 PM, went there at 5:00 PM already closed. Why should anyone got to this business not knowing if they are going to be open or not. I won't be back. I'll go somewhere that I know will be open when I get there. Don't support this business, the owner doesn't deserve to be supported by us.
