Billy Persohn was professional, helpful, clear in explanations, and prompt in reply to my many questions. I used Premier for a refi at the recommendation of the Regan Law Firm. They were right. The process was incredibly smooth and efficient, the terms were fair and fully disclosed, and Billy in particular was great to work with.

Talbot was incredibly helpful. He did tons of homework on our behalf and answered tons of questions for us - even for things outside of the lending context. He was super proactive and made our lives so much easier. On top of all that, his calm demeanor made us feel great throughout the whole process. We could not recommend Talbot enough.

I'm not sure if there are fraudsters using the Premier Lending name to scam folks, but I am now getting 10 calls a day from a robocaller identifying as premier lending.

I was referred to John Raymer and Premier Lending by a friend who raved about her experience purchasing a property through the Premier team. Personally, I'm blown away by the awesome service they provided in financing my investor property. I often joked about the ease in buying an expensive automobile as opposed to the difficulty in purchasing a property that appreciates over the years. Thanks to John and the Premier teams, I now realize that it's all in who you seek the home buying services through. I highly recommend John and his team and am in the process of making yet another purchase through them less than one month later. Try them and you'll never seek or need another lending source. I'm on board for life.
