This company has been the best experience with auto insurance. Ms. Laura Garrett was the best agent I have ever worked with. Laura Garrett with James Webb State Farm offered me an amazing new term life quote which I didn’t even think to look into. I had the pleasure of working for James Webb State Farm, and I can confidently say that everyone that works inside that office is dedicated to the customers. James Webb is not only the best boss I ever had, but he's also the kind of human being you want to be around. He genuinely cares and that's hard to come across this day and age. And while my journey there came to an end sooner than I imagined, I am still eternally grateful for the things I learned and am still very much loving the insurance world. Laura Lee is the girl to talk to when it comes to a quote, because she will always go above and beyond to save you some money. I've even seen her work after hours, no kidding. And look, I know State Farm has been known to be the "more expensive company" but I've witnessed multiple times where they indeed saved people money and with over 100 google reviews, i can't be lyin.

I called James Webb/State Farm to get a quote for auto ins and spoke with Laura Lee who was absolutely amazing. She was super easy to work with, very knowledgeable and very polite. She was not at all pushy, no pressure to “lock in” the quote. I highly recommend calling her if you are shopping quotes!
