“I am giving a 5 starts to this branch. I can not tell you how grateful i am with the customer services at this location. The management and tellers are very friendly and willing to help all the time. Rules are rules but they always try to make you to understand when they can not process a requirement. I would also like to tell y'all Karem is a very good teller and have a great customer services. And I hope all other branches have same good management as this branch.”
“I prefer the bank on Williams Blvd to the others as they are friendly and helpful well 98% are. I've had 2 run ins with rude bank employees. However this bank is fast and very kind to my puppy the are always spoiling her with treats. I don't let a few bad days the might have had effect me everyone is human and under these covid times are doing their best. Thank you guys for being a great bank to the Louisiana people”
