Conditions are horrible, standing in a line for 1 to 2 hours. One cashier, and there’s no air conditioning. Two ceiling fans for such a large store. More effort should be put into the customers waiting. This is unacceptable!!!

This store had clothes laying all over the floor thrown across racks and the sizes were not together. I’ve never seen such a mess. i have a few photos that I took while standing in line. I wish I had taken pictures while having to push my shopping cart over mounds of clothes laying on the floor. I stood in line for over an hour and the Manager on Duty said there was no one else to put on the register however she wasn’t on one.

They are mean to you . I ask the cashier if they had a restroom to go she told me yeah and gave me the code and told me I could go when I open the restroom door a mean white lady came and stared insulting us and told us that this wasn’t our house and it was Rea rude I had forgotten my mom’s phone I try to get it back but I couldn’t find it I try to go back to the bathroom and the white lady looked bad at us I don’t think Hispanic or any other people should be treated this way so 1 star is the lowest I could do but if not it would have been a -10 I feel bad because I couldn’t get my phone back

First and last time shopping here! This happened to my husband 3 months ago here as well! Two Cashiers and a line all the way through every isle into the store! Whoever is managing this place needs to be fired! It's pointless to have 12 registers and only two cashiers! Not to mention the people currently at the register have been there for over 10 minutes due to the cashier ringing them up incorrectly. NEVER AGAIN!

Too busy .. Very long lines at the registers and cashiers like they hate their job. Slow scanning products , 25 mins standing in line to check out
It's a huge store, but too many people at the counter. They could change that in a way that not always there is a line. Other than that . The price's good ... they have a good deals. ??

One comes to this store to buy an item or two and you have to stand in line for 40 minutes to pay for 2 items and it is sad because I have been shopping in this store for years and it is always like this but I am already tired of this!! In these cases, should YouTubers go make a video to show customers that Burlington management is poor and should change the general manager for the reason that why does a customer have to wait 40 minutes to pay for an item? The other department stores don't have this problem!! Don't go to Kenner's Burlington because there aren't enough cashiers to serve customers and please let YouTubers go and document this situation that has been going on for years!! If you don't believe me, go and try for yourself the bad and bitter experience of the time it takes to pay for your items in this department store!!
