Ok, Long story short. I just called and I speak very well in English was calling for my husband who doesn't speak English. My brother-in-law also doesn't speak English. well he told us to go to bumper to bumper they can help us. Well i started to tell her what I needed. She was very rude and not willing to help. She said oh well that was Carlos maybe special order something. My point is please if you are not willing to help or don't know what I was needing no need to be rude. Be nice because you do work as customer service. I work all day day time and part-time at night doing customer service. And I help everyone with a smile and if I can't I will try. you work for the customer. So I will call back later and talk to Carlos lets see how he will do. Bless you!Thank you!RMM

This shop does it all, and well! Have never had to come back with a repair not done to my expectations. Russel is a pro and treats you like a person. No talking down. No padding the bill.
