I vist the store yesterday and it has to be the worse experience ever , honestly considering that I am a Rouge member and that I spend money in there all the time or even if i was a first time customer i should have not been treat it the way i didI feel like if you dont have nothing nice to say then don't say nothing at all and dont stand there and do nothing but complain from the minute I walk in mumbaling words under your breath that I could clearly hear you say .. and not wanting to help me the full time and complaining over and over and calling 3 other associates asking them if they where sure you had to help me with my return , ( by the way my item was in box nothing was missing and new I had my receipt it was before 30 days ) and still they where using every excuse on the book saying she dint know if she could return it becuase in her words there small little store was going to lose money (( really a multi million dollar store was going to lose from my one return) I honesty don't think I should have waited over 30 minutes in a empty store with 3 workers just becuase they did not want there store to loose money on my return when I my self have spend so much more before in the past years so instead all they did was want it to complain in front of me the full time about them not wanting to do the return made me waste my time for no reason when at the end there boss call saying it was fine .. and this is why now I'm going to shop at ulta instead

Is it possible to give the staff here a 10-star rating??? I absolutely love shopping here. Erin is always so pleasant, and informative! The other associate with her knew her stuff too! I always come back to look for them. Tried the ExfoliKate line today that was suggested for my skin type, and I am so pleased with this product! Go Sephora for setting me up with a product that's great from day one! Not to mention how convenient it is right inside JCP!

Lou Lou was fabulous & extremely helpful! She was very knowledgeable & listened to my concerns when choosing a new foundation for my skin type. Also it helped that her own makeup was spot on. Urban Decay All Nighter is divine �

My girls & I love it here. Diane has done our makeup for special occasions twice now & is the best! We love Mindy too! Always a great experience.

The employees aren't helpful or knowledgeable. They never have what I need in stock. The last couple times I went in there I wasn't even greeted by the employees. I love Sephora but this place is a joke. Don't waste your time.

The customer service was horrible; I walked in no-one greeted me no one tried to sell or promote the products. I was buying a gift card for someone and with the right retail sell if someone would have tried to sell the product I would have bought something for myself because while I was walking around by myself looking at the different items I was interested in more info but no one seemed to care. I definitely won't go back to that location again!
