Not your big huge super size grocery stores. In North Louisiana areas, Save A Lot stores carry selections different than the Save A Lot here in Houma, such as pork maw, chicken feet, beef tripe, etc. Know your prices as compared with other grocery stores. I like their store brand saltine crackers and salad dressing. Sometimes, they have good T-bone steaks on sale. Smaller store, less walk, in and out.

Save A Lot use to be a nice place to shop for your Groceries. They use to have 3 Mobility Carts available for customers who needed them to do there shopping. Now it's been several months that they Removed the Mobility Carts which is very Sad. The employee's are rude to the customer's and the store has went down tremendously! This is the one located on Grand Calliou Road in Houma,La. We use to love shopping there but not anymore!

I have shopped at Save a lot many times but tonight was a unique experience...The cashier was super kind and outgoing enough to engage in conversation, and real polite. Something about when you speak about Jesus just seems to bring so much peace to such a simple moment in time. Thank you for being so nice and kind as you checked us out tonight Neeka. God bless the entire staff of Save a lot.

The cashiers always have an attitude, I used to like shopping here but the new staff makes it very unwelcoming.

This Save-A-Lot is convenient for me. The prices are reasonable and the products are generally easy to find. The staff is friendly. There's usually no clutter in the aisles. The bathroom is clean.

Better experience this time. Store was clean, fast checkout, & great product. Pricing is decent. $30 for a $50 dinner. Not bad at all.

When I was getting ready checkout and I saw a very rude older guy customer calls me an a word and he conforts me about his wife needs a mart cart and also he is being rude to me and the manager kicked him out and I hope he does not come back to save a lot. And i suggest you that you do not go in this save a lot at all! And this is the worst save a lot i ever went!
