The worst customer service At 7:40am 1/15/2023 I ask the cashier nicely can I have cartoon Marlboro light she hand me cartoon & one back I asked her why the back, she said rudely don’t worry about it. If you don’t like you job quit.

Cashier was very friendly and had a great attitude. Had a little line but it was lunch time but the service was very fast. Was in and out under 7 minutes.

Murphy Express which is 1/4 mile from Sam's Club, it's cheaper than Sam's. Absolute score. Plus the lovely Murphy Express app is a great help. When you get to 100 points you can get 10¢ off per gallon. Every week you can jump on the app and "rev up." That means push a button and get given either 5, 10, 15, 20 or 25 points just for this act of revving to. Woo Hoo!

Unfortunately someone mixed gas with diesel in the ground pumps. If you went today to get gas, you got diesel. I will be sending them the car mechanics bill and towing bill.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! On Saturday February 20,2021 around 10:30am I did my usual stop to fill up, however somehow my keys & phone got LOCKED inside my car, well I thought no problem I can just go in and ask to use their phone. I walked in and seen two ladies at the counter, one was messing with her phone, and the other was checking a customer out. I ask the lady that was messing with her phone if she had a phone I could use to call my husband to bring my spare key, she goes to tell me "No, I ain't got no phone for you to use", while in the middle of politely asking her if she would kindly take my husbands number and call him for me she turns and starts talking to the lady who is checking out a customer and starts talking to her like I wasn't standing there in need of help. This kind man notices what is going on, and offers his phone to me. I am so thankful for this gentleman! I was in need and he seen and took action. I am however very upset with the way those 2 employees handled the situation. The way I was treated and ignored when I was apparently in need of help was very upsetting! I had my receipt still in my hand, so they seen that I was a paying customer, I had no need to use the phone for anything other than calling for help. As Management /owners of this business, I believe that something should be done to help educate employees on how to properly have sympathy for those who need help! Thankfully my situation was not more of an emergency. Thankfully another man stepped in to help! I will no longer be spending my hard earned money at your company due to me being in fear of needing help again and not receiving it, if it were to occur. Please do better, this was not okay!!! Thank you!
