I highly recommend a more professional dress shop. My entire experience here was awful, and the staff was extremely unhelpful. I last minute had to change my dress because of the shop. I’d like to also add in that the floors are disgusting. I seen a brides wedding dress getting dirty as she walked across the floor.

So many beautiful dress but personally my experience wasent to great. I had won a certificate of $250 from an essay competition. I came in to pick out my prom dress and planned to stay within budget of the said 250, if it was $20 or $30 over no problem but the lady was super pushy on making me try on dresses I didn’t agree on telling me to “just try it on anyway” even tho I’ve expressed I didn’t like the dress she had picked. Also she kept handing me dresses that were hundreds of dollars over my budget still urging me to just “try it on anyway”. After trying on so many dress that were way to pricey and that i personally just didn’t like she made attitude filled comments to her coworkers like “ugh she didn’t like this one either” or “I’m trying to get her to try this one on but she dosent like it”. I would also like to add I didn’t even get to look around on my own before she just glued herself onto me trying to make me find a dress. I appreciate help, if I needed it. I personally didn’t ask for any help and I thought I had make it clear I wanted to look around on my own first. This place isn’t horrible and all workers may not be like this but my experience was just super uncomfortable and I probably won’t be returning.

Mrs. Julie always makes you feel like you’re part of the family, from the second you walk into her store, until years later when you see her out somewhere! There are so many options to choose from!! My entire wedding party, myself and husband included, all had our wedding day attire handled by Chez Lilli, even the cleaning & preserving of the dress after the fact. Everything was perfect! The staff is always friendly and willing to help with any crazy ideas we throw at them! Highly recommend Chez Lilli to everyone looking for that perfect dress ❤️

the people were wonderful and there were so many beautiful dresses. i couldn’t find anything at the mall because i’m a DDD and a 18, but they had multiple options.

Everyone here was so incredibly nice and helpful. I ended up finding my dream prom dress here and jewelry to go with it. They were very helpful with helping me make my decision and were very kind. 15/10 experience.

The Chez Lilli Bridal staff was amazing from my very first dress appointment to the alterations!! The support and amount of care these ladies pour into their brides each appointment is phenomenal!! Highly recommend to anyone seeking an intimidate special say yes to the dress moment and experience!! Highly recommend!!

Everyone that works here is amazing! ESP the manager. They are a one stop shop, which made our job much easier! All our bridesmaids and groomsmen went here for dresses and tuxes and they altered everything to fit everyone perfectly even last minute let us do some changes. I got soo many compliments on my mermaid style dress that they customized for me. Such a wide range of dresses to choose from! With great prices. I will forever recommend this place to anyone. I promise they will make your wedding planning much easier

I would never go here again and I’m so disappointed that they got orders wrong and made me try on a completely different dress, and nobody told me about it but I thought I was signing for the dress I tried on. But they never had the dress in the beginning in my size to begin with.
