We love Best Buy. Everything purchased qualifys for extended warrenty on their total tech plan. We recently bought an iPad and got apple care free due to the plan. Also free screen protector installs. So, there are no bubbles on the screens. They will even warranty the screens in house so no shipping if it needs to be replaced. Right now, total tech is helping my wife do a att return on a phone we upgraded a few days ago. Their total tech in-house team always seams to be a lot more knowledgeable than att direct.Thank you for the quick service and friendly, knowledgeable staff

One man bending the ears of 2 associates for over 20 minutes created a line over 8 deep at checkout. I'm not sure why this guy's concern needed to hold up checkout (which is already short staffed) for so long.

Everyone knows what's Best Buy... I don't need to explain that, but people in this specific store were very polite with me, they treated me very nicely... I walk around many stores and never got same kind of service...

Geek Squad is worthless. Bought a replacement battery for my laptop, called in to set a time to have them change it out. The say no problem. Then I get in there and they say “Our policy is to not do this repair.” Then they have the balls to say “We CAN do this, but our policy is not to.” And the cherry on the sundae? “Yeah, this frustrates us too.” I’m willing to bet it frustrates me more.

I went to this location to buy my mom and sound bar and sub. There were quite a few on sale/ open box. I spent two hours working with a couple associates to make sure I scores the best option for my mom and after talking to many employees and department heads I was still told I couldn't purchase what I was told I could get. One employee was so discouraged that he just disappeared in the storage room and didn't come back out. The customer service was so poor.
