I've been back to this location 3 times to have my Key fob programmed. Always same excuse, laptop not working. I'm puzzled why it can't be fixed. Never shop here.

The battery in my UPS went out. Batteries Plus had the right replacement in stock, installed it in my UPS and checked it out to make sure that the unit was functioning properly. I took it home and got my PC and accessories all back on with very little time lost. A well stocked store and professional service.

The employee was rude today. He made me feel like I was a nuisance. Then he supposedly put a replacement battery in my watch and I didnt check the watch until I started driving and that's when I noticed the watch still wasn't on and he also didn't even set the time on the watch. When I went back to the store I asked him if he checked it to see if it was working and he said yes. That guy doesn't need to work customer service because he doesn't know how to treat customers.

The Manager of this store Malcolm is very rude and not willing to help anyone with warranty issues whatsoever. It took me almost 2 months to get a replacement battery on warranty because of him. I personally will never step foot in the store again and probably will not spend money with battery Plus ever again because of him.

They broke the back of my phone when replacing the front screen. Also informed me that after they replaced the front screen the phone would not turn on. Told me the phone wasn't turning on when I dropped it off, crazy cause I'd been using it all day, must have been a hallucination. They called back to tell me that they didn't know they had to fully reassemble the phone before turning it on and that it was actually working. Man on the phone was unapologetic bordering on rude. Was given no apology for the incident beyond him saying sorry if it's an inconvenience to come back an additional time to have the back fixed. After going into the store the man immediately went to the back and didn't come back out while I was there. Would not recommend this store. The lady inside was nice though.Update: The camera on my phone doesn't work either. Front or back. Also you have my contact info, reach out of you want, which you obviously don't.

Do not ever buy x2 power lithium batteries. From batteries plus. They will do everything possible to get out of their warranty.

Malcolm went above and beyond my expectations today. I destroyed my screen on my phone. And less than 2 hours later I am typing this review on my new screen on my phone. The price was extremely reasonable. Do not waste time with anyone else in town. Save time and money and go see Malcolm. Thank yall so much!
