Just say you all do not want to give consumers money back, I’ve called another location and looked online both stated that if items are in good condition and I have the original receipt I can exchange or get my money back. Follow your policy that’s just FYI, for anyone that has issues with returning your items at this store.

Skip this store if you're looking for balloons. They never have helium. They could just post a sign that says they're out as usual, but they let you wait in line to find out.

They do helium balloons for parties!!!$1.25 vs way more at party city or anywhere else!Plus the staff here is so nice!

EVERYONE SHOULD BE FIRED FROM HERE. SITS IN OFFICE WHILE 50 PEOPLE, DOWN 2 AISLES WAITING TO CHECK OUT & THESE EMPLOYEES ARE SITTING ON THEIR AZZEZ!! HAVING WORKED IN RETAIL FOR 40 YEARS MEANS A LOT TO ME. THIS MANAGEMENT TEAM IS WORTHLESS! 3 1/2HOURS WASTED IN THERE. $400.00 WALMART WILL GET INSTEAD!

So much for Dollar tree in Elmwood. It has gone to hell in one of those $1.25 baskets they sell. This used to be one of the best locations but trifling employees and lousy service will kill it. Now there's self serve only??!! WTH. I choose to wait in line versus doing the job of the employees you pay. Self serve is fine for one or two items but not a basket full. Where's my discount for doing the work for you?? And don't have a problem with the stupid self check. That little red light just flashes as the worthless (manager?) Shuffles about slowly picking up random baskets and swinging her fax braids. .Not until I yell can I get some help here Does she bother to drag over, and just start punching in numbers. My stuff was already bagged, and the line was long. I should have just taken my stuff and left but $ tree is not worth jail time. Needless to say that's my last time shopping there.

Out of all the dollars trees this is the only store that had Arizona Iced Teas and plenty of them
