Rebuilding the house from Hurricane Ida, we are at the paint stage. The girl who assisted us was very patient and knowledgeable. We found exactly the colors we were looking for and picked up five samples to put on the walls. Our contractor recommended Sherwin Williams.

I have been waiting over 2 weeks for paint ordered by a Manager that was incompetent. He stated that I had to know when my last purchase was to find me in SHERWIN WILLIAMS computer system. I told him I always get paint there and never had an issue to remember my last date of purchase. (He had my name and phone number already at this point) After he became confrontational, and voiceferous, he stated there was no ceiling paint in the store and it would take a week for it to come in. I stated OK. He filled out the form and said he would order it. Like I said in the begining...its been over 2 weeks. I am certain he never ordered it. I orderd paint before from the young lady that works there. It only takes a week and she always calls me when it comes in. I let the managers boss also know of the issue....He did not call me back either. I feel discriminated againts. I am a retired US MARINE and know unprofessionalism when it occurs. Highly recommended Sherwin-Willains. I'm in the process of getting my house ready to put it on the market. Needed to do some touch ups and the paint I purchased from another retailer was no longer available. I brought in a paint sample and they matched it perfectly. This saved us alot time and most importantly money.

Disappointing for a Sherwin-Williams store, mostly as a result of bad customer service. The girl was all of about 20 years old so '0' experience and just came across as a ditzy airhead. She said that not to worry about the cracked paint, no need to sand down, or seal, just paint over it. Thank-fully I new enough about what I was looking at to go to Wood n Things and they gave me good directions. Water had penetrated to the wood underneath, causing the wood to swell up, cracking the paint, so I needed to sand down to the wood, seal, and repaint. Thank-you Wood n Things! To the girl's credit, she was nice.

It was my first time ordering paint for interior home project. We first visited the store to pick up samples and the associate was very helpful and addressed me right away.once we went home and tried out the samples we decided on the colors we wanted. Ordering inside was super easy. Store was very clean. Each time we went into the store we had different associates provide assistance and they all carried themselves very professional. Don’t be afraid to ask questions because they are very knowledgeable. Highly recommend
