Rude drive thru worker. Sat at the speaker for awhile before anyone came on. Didn't even get 1 thing ordered before the lady blurts out a number and says it's our total. Thought there mightve been something wrong the mic so we shrugged it off. When my wife says that we're still placing our order, drive thru lady starts yelling at her. Only good thing about this BK is that it's very easy to leave the drive thru lane and find somewhere else to eat.

The drive through lady is extremely rude, I went to order and she was so rude she wouldn’t say anything through the speaker so I drove up to the window and she had a ugly attitude never again going there untill they fix there

horrible. everytime I go there they completely ignore my order. i SPECIFICALLY asked for meat. cheese. and mayo. i cannot have tomatoes or lettuce due to allergies. if i could rate this burger king a ZERO i would.

When I went in I has questions about the menu and was treated rudely. The manager on duty was very rude and wouldn’t help me. This happens everytime I go and I won’t be returning.

I went there at 5:40 on Christmas Eve. They were supposed to close at 6. After sitting in front the speaker to order along with another customer behind me. The guy at the window threw his hands in the and says it's Christmas Eve very rudely. While I was looking at the sign for their business hours which said closing at 6pm, he then very nastily said we are closed now.

The Burger King in Gray, LA does a lot of false advertising. Pay attention to your receipt, because the cashiers and managers will charge you more than the prices on the in store menu. Example: The in store menu adverties the "Your Way Meal is $5, but the cashiers/managers will charge you $6 before taxes for the Your Way Meal. Example: The in store menu adverties the Ham, egg and cheese croissant meal at $5.79 but will charge you $6.59 before taxes for the meal. Also, Gray, LA BK location has a habit of upgrading your meals and charging you for it, even though you never requested for an upgrade, and was never asked if you wanted an upgrade. Don't dare ask for a decafe coffee, because you will never get it. The Gray, LA location sales decafe coffee, but refuses to make it, even after being told that I cannot drink regular coffe that has caffeine in it. BK manager deprived me of decafe coffee. Good luck filing a complaint with BK's customer support, they are worse than the in store employees. Whoever Jessica E is on the BK's customer support teams, she's horrible and doesn't investigate anything. I got an email from someone from BK asking me to rate my experience with Jessica E. Who is Jessica E? I never spoke to a Jessica E. I checked my email and spam, and there's nothing from a Jessica E. So again, who is Jessica E??? I went to the Gray, LA BK twice and each time, I was over charged. Stay away from BK, go to McDonald's instead!Dietary restrictions: I cannot drink regular coffe because it has caffeine in it. Your store manager refused to make me some decafe coffee, after explaining to her my situation.

The worst customer service ever in the mornings. I'm going to assume the lady with skinny dreads about collarbone length is the manager. She didn't have a name plate but her collard shirt was a darker blue than the other worker's shirt. I've had 3 encounters at the drive through early morning with her within a 2 month time span and each time she has been rude. The first time I thought she was having a bad morning, the 2nd time I thought maybe it's my imagination, but this morning I figured out it's just her bad attitude. No matter how many times I said please or thank you she was still being rude as if I was spending her money. Maybe she shouldn't be on the morning shift since she is clearly not a morning person. I can only imagine how she treats the employees.
