Tried calling 7 times, never once got an answer. Someone finally picked up on the 8th time, but she just pretended she couldn't hear me instead (even though I could hear myself through her end). Wish I could actually get help with my issue.

Ordered a replacement card because mine was about to expire. Sent me a card with the same expiration date as previous one. Claimed they sent and cancelled 2 more cards after that. Been waiting over a month for a debit card. People are inconpetent and pathetic

Every time I go to this branch its the longest wait times and they always have problems with whatever I am doing but if I go to the Prairieville branch there is never any issues!

Ever since the other branch closed off of Burnside the service here has been terribly slow. Lines are long and a long wait.

Typically when I walk into a bank you might want to feel welcome. Well this branch is the least friendly or welcoming bank I have ever been in. Every employee there seems to only be interested in themselves and rarely do you get someone to engage you in conversation to help you feel like a valued customer. Recently they closed the 2nd gonzales branch and now I have no choice to use this branch along with their lobby hours that close too earlier. Choose another bank if you have the option to make that decision.
