My order got canceled online because I forgot to pick it up. I called the store and those sweet nice people not only held onto it they matched the price that I have initially bought them for! Very nice and helpful!

It’s 9 ppl in line in front of me and no movement! Meanwhile it’s a store associate folding shirts on a table! They should knock this location down and start over! She did come up to answer the phone tho but not to help get the line down. Utterly despicable!

They do not answer the phone, called several times throughout the day from open to close for 2 days in a row. Drove over there and they were closed 15 min early on a Friday night

Awful experience. I came in found my stuff quickly and went to checkout. The registers were full which was fine except whenever it was my turn the employee at the register walked away and went to sit on a display a few feet away to be on her phone. The other employee was busy with a difficult return and couldn’t help me. I waited a full 15/20 min for the other employee to be available. As soon as she was the other employee thennn chose to come back and man her register. The store is messy and disorganized as well so if you can I’d just order online.

Stood outside at 7:30 pm , doors were locked. I called from outside the doors, they answered and said they closed at 8 but stopped letting people in at 7:30. Very very bad service.

My mom placed an order online. The first order was in our names but we didn’t have time to pick the order. So we sent my boyfriend to pick it up. By him not being on the order as a pick up person they couldn’t release the order. Which is understandable. So whoever I spoke with then said to cancel, then re order with his name and they would have the order ready. Well… we did that but now it’s a problem cause it takes “2-3 days” for the order to process, which makes no sense cause it’s a same day pick up order. So she called and spoke with a manager, but while she was on hold 2 young girls picked up and had gotten rude and disrespectful to her and said “we had said that your order ain’t ready yet” and proceeded to laugh. Not know that she knew that and had been on hold for the manager to cancel original order for her. This will be the last time we order or shop from this location. Not only did they disrespect my mom and got her out of her character, (which she was still somewhat professional), but they were rude and unprofessional. The manager did what she could but we still don’t have our product. Which by the way are 3 school pants for my 5yr old pre-kindergartner. Not sure what will happen from here but hopefully this location change staff (if applicable) or get a new or better system for orders.

I have NEVER posted a comment before, but I was so appalled at the HORRIBLE the lack of customer service I have experienced at this location. They are understaffed, RUDE for no apparent reason--and I'm even talking about the on-site manager! Clothes were completely disorganized throughout the store. Note: The staff is not rushed, even when the line had 20 customers! The pickup service was even terrible! I will never return to this location again. Order online or go to a different location. The stress level and poor attitude isn't worth it!!!!

Good products, too bad service. I want to buy 5 sets to myfriends. I requested them put them to put in separate bags but the customer service made me to return and line up and check out again another to have separate bag for gift present
