My mother in law was using this company to service her generator until I took over her affairs. They were supposed to be servicing this generator once a year and doing 6 month maintenance. So I'm not sure why every time she lost electricity the generator wouldn't work. We called them out to fix the generator and I was charged $378 for a trip charge, travel miles, and 1 hour of labor. Nothing was fixed. I had to call them to see why it wasn't working when the next power outage happened. They explained that they had sent me a quote, which went to the wrong email address. The quote was $397 to actually fix the unit. Um..no thanks! I can go anywhere else and they don't expect me to pay for their employees mileage and travel time. Not to mention when I called in one of the ladies in the office hung up on me b/c she obviously couldn't handle the truth!

I got a Generator from Taylor spent about $22000 for it when I called for severice they ordered the part the part as been setting overthere for over a week this has been going on way to long I lose power around here a lot when I talk to them she said it will be another week before they come out
