This is normally my go-to car wash, however, early in the morning I used the vacuums and I’m guessing they were cleaned with bleach because after I took the vacuum out, it dripped what I thought was water all over my clothes and shoes but was actually bleach. Anyone who serves in the military knows that military uniforms are not cheap and I basically was out almost $200 dollars due to bleach stains. Just a heads up for future customers …

NEVER EVER DRIES THE CAR COMPLETY! Always must use the outside blowers after the wash. Calibrate equipment!

Just paid for a $15 car wash and the vacuums were not working. You charge that much to wash a car how about you make sure your equipment is working properly.

I live in East Ridge TN, so my car wash has always been amazing. You get a good wash and a free vacuum here but there are no towels to wipe anything down with unless you brought your own. I wasn't expecting that.

NEEDS TO BE OPEN LONGER!!! I, like many others don't get off at 6:30 to make it here for 7. What's the point of having a membership if I can barley use it!
