Very smooth transaction- I did book online ahead of time. So, the vehicle was waiting for me upon arrival. The staff is incredible! Sean and Seth always take great care of us in Thibodaux when we rent vehicles for our trips! We are forever Enterprise Rental customers as long as this company keeps these phenomenal employees!

Great experience! All the staff members (Robert, Jamon, Miriam, etc.) make renting a vehicle a breeze! New staff members Amber, Joel, Ally, and Brennan are great additions to the Team and are ready to assist customers! I give a 5 out of 5 to the Gonzales branch!

This may not be because of this location, it may be enterprise in general. Ordered a vehicle with hand controls. Went to pick up car, interior was dirty and car had 3 low tires. Once we got that sorted, I had to go to the gas station to fill it up (gas light was on). Filled it up and went to start the car and the battery was dead. Took it back and got the response, "well it started when you left here" and "we didn't have time to really go over the car". Took it to get the battery swapped and had to leave it overnight due to waiting on approval for work from Enterprise. Came back to get it the next day and the tires were low again. Needless to say we're still waiting for a well operating vehicle. Hopefully after the tires get fixed thats the end of the problems (only took 3 days to get it sorted myself).

The Gonzales location provided great service as well as a very simplistic and quick checkout process. Miriam was friendly and an excellent customer service representative. Give that woman a raise!

This location is horrible!!!! The staff, especially Jamon Gray are inconsiderate. My reservation was scheduled for 8:00 am and when I arrived to pick-up the vehicle, I was told my reservation was for 10:30 am. My reservation clearly stated 8:00 am pick-up but they (Enterprise) changed my time to 10:30 am. This caused me to be two (2) hours late to my event. This is not the first time something like this has happened at this Enterprise location. If you value your time and good customer service, please stay away from this Enterprise!!!

The tye vehicle that I was seeking was not available so I was given one that met some of my needs, but it was not inspected well before I got it. The steering wheel had food grease on it - which I can over look. However, the bad brakes WERE a "concern". At highway speeds the vehicle was impossible to steer and dangerous to drive.

Matt and Riley have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They have nasty attitudes and give out completely wrong information. They threatened to report the rental car stolen when they knew it was an insurance rental and was being paid for by State Farm. They messed my bill up, and gave out completely wrong information while I was in the car. They asked the same questions every time and never did any research to understand what was going on. Do not go to this enterprise!! Headache!!!! Spend your money with people who actually care about their customers because they don’t!!!

Car was great. Agent did not do anything he promised. Messed up my bill. It was a rental while my vehicle was being repaired. State Farm was paying rhe bill. They had to re-authorize it every seven days. He asked me a million questions about where my vehicle was. What kind it was which I objected to. He told me they would check with them and take care of dealing with State Farm. State Farm told me Enterprise can just go in the system and re-authorize it. He never did. My bill was all messed up when I returned it and had to get State Farm on the phone ,again, to straighten up that mess. No good service.
