Before I could even explain that I was in the parking lot with a flat, I was told that I needed a reservation before I could be helped. Customer service is a thing of the past. The guy didn’t even bother to look at anything or get involved at all. He looked at the next person and asked if they had a reservation. I will never shop any of my 5 vehicles here again. I could understand if there were 10 people in line but it was me and one other person. Southeast tire patched it in 10 minutes. 10 freaking minutes! That’s all it would have taken for this rude fellow to keep a customer happy. I have used this place since it opened. Never again!
