Cheap parts no itemize list of parts to equal the price labor rate and price of parts don’t match truck still doing the same thing it was doing before being dropped off after almost 1700 dollars have to take off of work to fix it my self and then take to some where else and have them do an alignment that they couldn’t do

I had the best and the worst experience ever. I bought tires from one vendor. I have a BMW and the tires/rims on the back of my car are different than the tires on the front. Vendor told me they couldn’t get one of my tires off, so they couldn’t change it. I had a 45 minute appointment and I was there for over three hours. When they were “done”, they asked me to back my car out as the shop was otherwise locked as we were over an hour past closing and it was raining. I started my car and immediately noticed that my driver side front tire was locked. Well, you know the drill “oh, it’s not us. This never happened before. Something is wrong with your brakes.” To make a very long story shorter, they would not allow my car to remain inside of the shop but they wanted to go home. They told me if I left it in the shop, it would be towed. Eventually, they backed it out with my tire locked into the parking lot and I had to call someone to pick me up. I got home and I immediately messaged Randy at Brakes for Less. Well, let’s just say that the following day was eventful for both of us. I had someone tow my car to Randy. Randy immediately called me. The tow truck driver was his nephew and he knows cars inside and out and after talking to Randy, they immediately knew what was going on. Randy told me that nothing was wrong with my brakes. They put the back rim on my front tire and it was sort of stuck against my strut. When I reported this to the other vendor, he wanted my car returned to them. Randy put on the tire that they could not and was gracious enough to swap the wrongly installed rims with the wrong tires on them so I could at least drive back to the other vendor. The other vendor still could not get the tires off to correct the issue so Randy sent one of his guys (awesome and amazing Larry) to do it at their shop. Larry informed me that they had stripped all of my lugs and ruined my stems because they were using an 18 instead of a 17 mm whatever (I don’t know what it is called.) Anyway, I again returned to Randy’s shop and they fixed everything. They inspected my tires and my rims and luckily nothing was ruined. They inspected my strut and told me that the paint had been scratched off but otherwise it was fine. We are repeat customers of Brakes for Less and Randy and his crew always goes above and beyond, but he did not charge me a penny. This is the most awesome customer service. This business is an exception in this incompetent world. Much love and praise. They give me hope!!!!!!

This company replaced my brakes recently. The following week, I noticed I had only 2 lug nuts remaining on my back tire. The mechanic had failed to tighten ALL of the lug nuts after he put my tire back on. The carelessness of the mechanic could have led to tragic results. I would NEVER recommend this company.

This place is WONDERFUL!! I called around 9am and needed my rotors replaced. They got me in and out within an hour! The receptionist was EXTREMELY kind and lovely to chat with and the shop cat was very entertaining! I will be going back for any repairs in the future! Thanks again!

I went to brakes for less because my brakes were squeaky. After looking at it the brakes had to be completely changed. After changing them the squeaking continued. I brought it in 3 separate times and they either said they didn’t hear it or didn’t know. This went on for a month. After several months I took it somewhere else. I was told Brakes for less used cheap brake pads and did not install properly. They had it for less than a day and it was perfect. The terrible service and customer service are the reasons I will never go back or recommend it. Please do not waste your money, time, or frustration on this company
