I had a great first experience at Aspen. The staff are friendly and awesome. They took me through the process I am planning and worked with me on the financial side of it to help me lower the cost of it all. All in all I’m very happy with Aspen.

Horrible I sat in the dentist chair for an hour in a half waiting for front desk to verify my insurance. Instead of coming to me directly I was out on wait until I had to get up to see what was the hold up I checked in @ a lilac before 1 on 10/17/2023 VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I was treated as if I did not have insurance as if I was lying as if I was a piece of trash. After taking matters into my own hands by addressing staff with what was holding by then it was 3:30pm. I had to call my own insurance company for administration or management to verify my insurance was today a bill of 15,000 and something my out of pocket was 400.00 and something I refuse to give and company my business. I work just as hard as Aspens dental 10-16 hour day. And when I have been refuse of a service after stereotyping me as an under paid patient. The staffing literally walked circles around me until I verified my GOOD INSURANCE THOUGH MY INSURERS that is good all good @ 4:30pm. I was ignored treat poorly. I need answers or I will be taking further action.Thank YouCherie Nelson

My wife had her appointment canceled by your establishment at the last minute, then we were completely unable to get ahold of you via phone. Every time I tried to call, no matter what time it was, the automated message said “thank you for calling aspen dental, goodbye” and hung up on me. My wife had to come in person to reschedule her appointment. She had her appointment today at 2:45. She showed up at 2:40 and sat in the lobby for 40 minutes before getting called to the back. She did X-ray and teeth measurements, then was sent to a small room to check out. She waited in the room for another 45 minutes, eventually telling the receptionist she had to leave to pick up the kids. 2 and a half hours wasted, the appointment was supposed to be for a teeth cleaning and after all that time she didn’t even get the teeth cleaning. This is completely unacceptable, we value your time by making an appointment, even going so far as to reschedule when you cancel the initial appointment at the last minute, but you can’t value our time by even communicating with my wife about the time or the reasons it’s taking so long. My wife was expecting to go back to work after the appointment but was obviously unable to do so. And now she’ll need to return again and potentially waste another couple hours waiting to even see a dentist/cleaner.

Great service, very polite, professional, we didn't have to wait long to enter my daughter's appointment. Everything was great with the Dental Hygienist and with Dr. Vincent. Loved them!

I was very afraid of going to the dentist because of a bad experience before. But the employees here made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Each staff had good customer service skills, from the front office to going in the back, Each one that I have encounter were nice and very polite. Even the dentist was friendly and never made me feel bad about my situation. They were very understanding and i would recommend anyone looking for a good dentist office choose Aspen Dental you won't regret it.

First your first visit with xray is not free. Then after waiting three hours the failed to sign the prescription. Please reconsider Aspen Dental is horrible.

From the moment I stepped in the door everyone was very helpful and friendly. I currently live in New York State and was able to get work done here in Louisiana. Honestly, best dentist experience I've ever had!! Highly recommend.

Are these people kidding? Everything is about up selling. If you want to get dental care, you're better off going to the Vet. I would not let them even touch my dog. Scammers at best.

I went for an emergency appointment after years of avoiding the dentist due to fear and anxiety. Everyone handled me with care and took their time to comfort me. They were able to resolve my immediate pain the same day and we have follow up appointments to begin to address my dental health. I was also shocked to be able to be approved for financing, as I do not have good credit. I am very thankful I went here.

Really like the dentist and his assistants. They are trying their best to get my teeth done that we have been working on for 3 years. To only find out today that my bill of several thousand that they had to refund me part of (because they could not do)and was told everything else was covered that I had to pay 500.00. As many time I have been there this is first of this I heard. So be careful of what you pay for because there may be another surprise bill.

I scheduled an appointment to have a wisdom tooth removed because I’ve been and pain and getting hardly any sleep. I scheduled the appointment thinking I would be getting my tooth removed that day since the tooth was not impacted. They took X-rays and the surgeon came in to tell me they would have to perform surgery and I would need to be put to sleep to have the tooth cut out. Me not knowing any better said okay. The soonest they could get me in was March and I had to pay $615 dollars to schedule the appointment. I scheduled the appointment but I was not going to make it until March with the pain I was in. I called a different dentist in Zachary and they got me an appointment that upcoming Monday and not only did the dentist pull my tooth then and there, it only cost me $100 and literally took less than a minute to pull! I can’t believe Aspen was going to charge me all that money and have me wait so long. The only reason I give them 2 stars instead of 1 is because the front office ladies were so nice and pleasant. I’m currently waiting for my refund where I canceled the appointment in March

would definitely go back. The whole staff was so kind and sweet. Very helpful. Made me feel comfortable. They genuinely cared helping me with my pain.
