UPDATE: 05/10/21I received a phone call, in fact two, from this locations District Manager. He was polite, professional, understanding, and took the initiative to listen to my concerns regarding my recent problem and took a measure to make it right. He went above and beyond, easily 5 stars, and hopefully his team will become as customer service minded as he was towards me. Thanks for expedient follow up and if follow through is handled I will add another star. The new Manager: Wendy is really great at making amends. Adding another star for that.In the past: 10/20Sold me previously used oil, which I noticed after draining my old oil, and hassled me when I called in and then also upon my return. Seriously, How does that happen? I've never had to check any new oil purchase for tampering. 1 star.Recently: 05/05/21Asked about a current special and it was as if I hadn't said a thing. Not excited about this business location. They don't want to help save money even though they advertise deals??
