Do not do any business with Mike he's a con artist he says that he will give you time if you need it my money got stolen by a guy which was a valid excuse why I couldn't make a payment to him and he refused to get on the phone with me refused to talk to me. When he did talk to me was extremely rude and disrespectful and on top of that had he wouldn't speak to me till after the car was repossessed I wasn't even in town at the time for work and I was going to send him the cash that I had on me but the guy wouldn't even listen and then he gave me a bogus excuse about how my insurance had lapsed for one day I got it immediately turned back on because I didn't realize it had elapsed and he told me he would have taken my car away for that but that's illegal.

Mike, our salesman was very understanding of what we were looking for in a vehicle. We got a good vehicle that had minimal damage for a reasonable price. He is able to work around your scheduling for the payments. Anytime somethings breaks down on the car he is quick to fix it. One of the best people we know! Such great service and environment.

This is my Second car from Auto Guarantee and they do not disappoint. I have went to many other dealerships and when you leave there are many problems that start with the car. But at Auto Guarantee it has been a year with no problems. Mike is very helpful and nice. Any car that I would get in the future Auto Guarantee has my business.

Had gotten a Chevy Impala and a month after my fuel pump , gas line , radiator, a c went out. And then finally the transmission. The guy who looked at it was experienced and said someone couldn't pay him to drive that vehicle. Being I'm a single working mother with 5 kids you would think they would do something to make things right. But no . They would tell me there's nothing they can do. Now here we are 3 years down the road. And my credit is terrible because of this 9000 dollar amount owed when they got the car back. These people are scammers and have no heart . I now have a judgement against me for the amount. They just do not care. Sadly.

I have been with this dealership since 2019, they are the best, dependable, and very kind! I have gotten 3 different cars from them, and have always been satisfied with the vehicles and the costumer service.This morning I was reminded of how awesome this dealership is, I locked my keys in my car in front of my daughter’s school, I called them and they were there to unlock my car for me within 10 minutes.If I have ever needed extra time to make a payment, they always understood and worked with me. They really go the extra mile for their costumers.Very thankful for Auto Guarantee, Mike & Chelsea are my favorites there!
