I was in need of a new washer and dryer. Decided what I wanted, called and spoke to Margaret at Graugnards! She was so helpful and sweet! Had my set delivered within a day. Delivery guys so nice and very efficient! Would 100% recommend them! Thanks to all!

We purchased a refrigerator and a dishwasher from this business. I chose after looking at my options that were on the floor. His salesclerk acted like she had never heard of the term "contractors' price" before which was my first red flag. Anyhow, we received a new dishwasher, but the refrigerator was clearly a floor sample with dents and dings on it. Very disappointed but we allowed them to make it right by agreeing to a brand-new replacement. The "brand-new" replacement looked like something that was pieced together in his warehouse. Needless to say, I learned a valuable lesson. I do not recommend purchasing from this business.

I was so pleasantly surprised when I stumbled on Graugnard INC. I live in Houma and no one had Speed Queen in stock. I called and spoke to Mr. Sonny, I was able to purchase over the phone and had my new washer and dryer delivered by 2pm the same day! Awesome customer service and I will definitely be using them again! Thank you for treating me like a long time customer!

Graugnard is an institution in Donaldsonvile and surrounding area for your one stop shop for all Appliances and Furniture, TVs and just about anything you need. Mr. Sonny the owner, Becky and Margret are top notched sales personal . He has a very large selection of all the top brands. They also have another store about 2 miles down on Hwy 1, that they use as a very large display of Furniture and the other side as a Large Warehouse for all the items you need to have a small redo or if you need to fill a new or remodeled home. And Mr. Sonny can beat or match any price. They have been in the same location for over 45 years. And they service anything bought from the store, Appliances or Furniture Go visit Mr. Sonny and let him or his friendly staff.
