Worst customer service. They could care less. Had me go through the whole experience just to tell me they don’t have the base colors to mix. Was shaming when I asked about different finishes and pricing. To go through all that and then say yes I want your product just to be told they don’t have the materials to create it sucked wont come back.Update Home Depot can mix these colors for half the price. They got my money

I was trying to buy stain this morning as well as a few gallons of paint. but the person who helped me said that it would take 24 hours to do the paint color and stain. It's ridiculous, I've never gotten an answer like this. so I looked for the store in walker they did it at the moment since it is as it has always been in all stores. They should hire people who want to work and treat the customers we buy on a daily basis. since I was the only customer that was there 6:45am 08/23/23.

The sales associate was polite and focused on quality customer service. After the sale Justin carried my heavier items to my car for me. This was my first visit with this store and I am impressed with the level of service. I will be going back to Sherwin Williams at the Denham Springs location based on Justin's quality of customer service. Thank you to the owner for having this care and type of employee(s) in your store.

Easily to order by phone and pay. Then pull up and it is delivered to your trunk while practicing social distancing. Staff is always so helpful and friendly.
