I busted a tire close by and rolled in to Performance because it was convenient. But I'm glad I was close to here because I will be back! I had a great experience for what was a bummer situation. They were very kind, helpful and had my car ready by the next morning since they had to order my tire. I wasn't "up-sold" anything, they did just what I needed. I was given very honest and reasonable recommendations for what I may need next and when. Pricing was industry standard. Highly recommend!
Bonus-they gave my kiddos some quarters for the candy machine so they were also happy with their experience ?

Their service and friendly staff always go above and beyond. Firestone wanted to charge $1000 more for parts that were not needed for same work. Best prices in town!

What a great experience. I had to fix a tire. The staff was courteous, polite and treated me as I was a family member. They even replaced all the caps on my tires, checked all the pressure in my tires, and checked for any leaks or issues I would recommend these guys for any tire problem that you may have.They are great. What a great service I received.

I brought one of my vehicles there! They said i had bad tires, i said okay still do my alignment NEVER DID IT BUT CHARGED ME!! I brought my car to TNB!! AND MY CAR DRIVES AMAZING!! THIS HAS HAPPEN TO ME HERE TWICE!!! I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!! Chanrging people for a alignment making people think there more going on with there car!!

Performance Tire is Outstanding and has phenomenal customer service! Ben and his team are exceptional and they’re great at what they do. I just had a brand new set of Michelin all weather tires put on my vehicle and they had me in and out in no time. Their prices are way cheaper than other places we called and were quoted on. I’ll definitely be back if I need service again.

The commitment to fixing my van was superior. Nissan likes to make things difficult lol but Ben really came through for me and his team got my alternator in and running on the road again. Thank y’all so much. I’m so sorry for the headache it caused y’all though, but appreciate the commitment to helping us (me and my dad) get it back working. Could not have done it without y’all!

I love these guys! I don't take my car anywhere else. LaKeith is who takes care of my car everytime I go. He greets me with a friendly smile and takes great care of my car. These guys are all friendly and professional and that's why I give them all 5 ?????
