I purchased a “new” couch and loveseat from them, brought them into my new house I just moved into and went to work. I get home at midnight and am beyond ready to relax, I’m in the reclining chair for 30 minutes and I started seeing little bugs. Turns out these people sold me used furniture infested with BED BUGS. & I still haven’t been refunded my 800 something I paid for them. I’m disgusted. Stay away from this store, especially if they have furniture sitting outside.

This place is horrible. They are disrespectful. They overcharge you and act like you are always late when your contracts clearly state either monthly or weekly and they are calling once a week threatening to take your stuff unless you pay 200$ when your weekly payment is only supposed to be 80$. In my opinion I think they are crooked and pocketing peoples money. There has been many times they have come by my house and got cash I never recieved a receipt and a week later I owe double my note because it’s “late” they are a scam. I don’t know how they can keep paying people who are stealing peoples money.

I have gotten a deep chest deep freeze a Ashley recliner that lifts you up and down and almost lays down like a twin bed best things that I have ever got from affordable and they have been good to me and I know them very well miss both Mr Carl's are very good to me thank you for your help and I will be talking to you again about a bed mattress love you

These places. Aarons,rent a center,affordable home furnishings. Are complete scams. They charge you 3 times the price and the furniture is cheap cheap. I was paying on a double recliner couch. The board underneath that broke twice. They couldn’t fix it so they gave me another one. Same thing. About a week later the board broke. After a few months it’s like sitting on wood. Same with there beds. You can have it almost paid off and if your like 2 days late they are threatening to take your couch bc they know you almost have it paid up. I would give this place a 0 if I could.

I have been using Affordable for all my home needs since 1998 just after I got married. Not everyone has good credit and here you don't need it. Kudos to Terry and Carl who hooked me up with a new laptop for Christmas when mine went kaput. Thanks for always being there for me and my family! Amazing customer service and great merchandise.

I have done business with affordable for 23 years and have never been disappointed with there customer service, Savannah was an awesome employee sure did hate to see her leave. But the rest of the staff are pretty cool also
