I have to say thank you to Lanny at this NAPA location. We were heading home to Castor, LA from Georgia when we suffered some car problems. Ended up at the Chevron in Delhi and called this store for help. They didn't have all the parts we needed, but they had enough to get us back on the road. Plus, Lanny delivered the parts to the Chevron (instead of one of us having to walk to get them) and brought a simple tool kit to get us up and running. Can not say enough good things. Thank you NAPA, and Lanny, for saving us 119 miles from home!

I purchased a battery and alternator for my truck, and when I tried to return it the refused to refund me for the core charge on the alternator. The person behind the counter never once mentioned to bring the other one back in the new ones box. The manager stated if it wasn’t in a box there wasn’t anything they could do even after speaking with the owner of the store who also owns the Tallulah and Rayville locations. The core charge was only $77.00, but it’s the attitude towards the customer that’s the issue. I spent 722 dollars on parts and chose to support a business for them to turn around and not own up to a mistake on their part. Says a lot about the management/ ownership of this business. Will never get anymore of my business and will make it a personal incentive to try and discourage others from doing business with Napa.
