The Allpont ATM at this store errored during my withdrawal and deducted 400 dollars from my bank account, but didn't dispense any cash.

If I could give a zero star I would. My husband is a heart patient and this is his 3rd day without his heart meds. Come on now. Get it together Crowley Louisiana Walgreen's Pharmacy. Y'all are killing this man slowly. ?? Updating my review. This Walgreens is absolutely pathetic. My husband has been without some of his heart medication for almost a week now. Why because Walgreens is refusing to send over his medication history over to his new pharmacy. This is very unexcusable. ??

I dropped off my prescriptions early yesterday and picked them up today. I didn't know an antiobotic was listed on my script until they told me they could only find one of my scripts filled. I verified which 2 was supposed to be filled and said the antiobotic shouldn't have been filled. They turned around and stated that I had to pay for the antiobotic. I had to inform them that I was allergic to it. I brought the same script to them one month ago and told them I could be allergic to the antiobotic and not to fill it. My doctor faxed them a new script for an antiobotic. This should've been flagged and entered into their system! The pharmacist should've seen there was a possible allergy and not filled it! They also should have notified me! I should not be forced to pay for a script that I did notice was on there and don't need, regardless if I'm allergic to it. The person at the window took quite a while to tell me that they were looking for the other meds. It should've been told to me within a minute or two not after 6-7 minutes of waiting and them taking care of other people while I sat in my car, not knowing why i'm having to wait. If I was told sooner, I wouldn't have gotten upset about having to wait so long. I was 3rd in line after they came back from lunch. I was in the drive thru for 30 minutes AFTER they re-opened! I know everyone is shorthanded but not everyone knows if a certain meds has something in it that can cause a severe allergic reaction like the antiobotic they tried to make me purchase. If a customer says they know they are allergic to something and it's in their computer system, even if it's a possible allergy to it, it should alert the pharmacist to double check. The pharmacist or someone from that department should have also notified me so I could have my doctor send something else in. I'm not that upset about the waiting, I'm furious about them trying to make me pay for medicine that i'm allergic to/possibly had an allergy too. I later confirmed it was something I am severely allergic to. Giving a customer a prescription that they are allergic to/forcing them to pay for it says major lawsuit all over it. I know everyone is shorthanded and busy but not checking could literally kill someone or put them in the hospital.

The way they treat customers is disgusting. I arrived at 6:20. Waited in line for 45 mins and they found not serve me because it was 7pm. Shorten your wait times or accommodate your customers

The most HORRIBLE service! I only use them when I have no other option because my regular pharmacy is closed. I have been waiting for 40 minutes for a Zpack!! I was told my rX wasn’t ready it would be 15 minutes…I waited 20 minutes and I was told it would be ANOTHER TWENTY minutes!! For a ZPACK!!! Ridiculous!!

Waited in line outside for 45 minutes to get my prescription because the inside was closed. They closed right on 6 o'clock with me and 6 other cars in line. They should have closed the window at 5 o'clock so that those of us who got in the store before 6 o'clock could still get our medication. Just shows how much they care about their customers. I'm switching my medication to CVS.

Closing the pharmacy and having a drive-thru option only is so stupid. Are some of these people driving thru actually waiting at the window for their prescriptions to be filled? Sure seems like it. Why isn’t there a way for people to simply pick up their medicine when it’s already ready?! I’m switching to another pharmacy.

Rude to my family and when they called to report incident the corporate office did not help or offer any solution to the problem of hassling elderly couple trying to fill their medication. Learn some compassion

Horrible experience with the way they treated my elderly grandparents! Will never use them again and I will make it my mission to tell other people about my experience.
