Customer service is a joke here, at least with the individual I had the pleasure of dealing with this morning. Even worse, I was working on a business account with at least 30 devices, they couldnt have cared less.

I really don't know what to say. I'm still confused about the situation of going there earlier. First off I wanted to buy a phone out right but the woman wouldn't tell me how much anything was. She insisted on finding a promo that I told her I wasn't interested in. I asked her about my account and got no answers. Then I ended up not buying a phone from them because she basically talked me out the door and acted like they didn't want my money. It was an odd and confusing situation. Now I think I'm leaving Verizon because of their employees not caring. She let a huge sale walk right out the door.

I had the best experience at this store today. My mom decided to surprise me for my birthday and upgrade my phone, and the woman who helped us talked us through all the promotions and we both ended up getting new phones. An hour later I came back to the store in tears because I couldn’t get iTunes to restore my back up. Every employee was there for me and helped me for a couple hours making sure I didn’t leave that store without all my stuff on my new phone. The manager also left and came back with a nothing Bundt cake for me because she heard it was my birthday. After a rough day they completely brightened it and I won’t be going to any other Verizon. Thank y’all so much.

After dealing with an issue for 2 months and decide to come to the store. Then upon arrival, given a 45 min to 1 hour wait and y’all don’t have a restroom for a customer to use and risk losing there place in line because they have to leave to go find a restroom.

The staff member was courteous...prompt...allowed me to leave with various printouts of changes I was considering to my acct. She explained various options and made suggestions for upgrades that would and would not be cost effective. Thankful for the warm staff.

When I arrived, there was a small line of people. A gentleman greeted me and took my name to be helped. The wait was about 15 minutes, which was pretty quick considering I was in a popular phone store. The reason I was in was that my phone battery died too quickly and some black dots were beginning to appear on my screen. I had insurance so he was able to get me a replacement to be delivered to my address the next day. The guy who assisted me was very helpful and kind. I will choose this store in the future to go to for all of my Verizon needs. Thanks again!

Very poor customer service. Waited some 20 minutes for service not one person acknowledged me . Several people behind me walked out as I did after I asked the manager Brett for help . He said he was too busy in the back to wait on customers. A customer service educate class would help the employees and future customers tremendously.

I had been having a problem with Verizon for several days and had gone to two other stores and had spoken with numerous customer service people and had gotten no help at all. At this store Alaya took care of every single issue. She was pleasant and very knowledgeable. She is the sole reason I didn’t leave Verizon for another carrier.

Don’t ever come here if you need someone to really help you with good customer service cus obviously customers are not their top priorities! If I was their manager and have to fire someone from there, Briana would be the first one! She’s rude, disrespectful, and wasn’t helpful at all! She obviously don’t know how to be kind and at least keep a smile on her face!
