“Business on Hwy 44 in Jayess use to be wonderful when they first opened and a good while after that..Always clean ..professional..and helpful..Since a manager by the name of Nicole was let go years ago, it has only deteriorated since then.. Shelves are hardly stocked.. no one is ever at the cash registers.. if they do come up lately and if the self check out is closed, which by the way only takes card...and if that is down for about the last 2 weeks, it's cash pay only.. I've wintessed on many occasions customers just walking out...employees that were there, not sure if they sre still currently employed were smoking weed in the parking lot very obviously may I add, like it was legal.Very unprofessional environment now and extremely disappointed.. also trash has been so piled up outside on the side of the store it is constantly blowing trash into a friend of mines yard....IF YALL DONT GET IT TOGETHER..THATS LITTLE FAMILY DOLLAR AND DOLLAR TREE ARE DEFINITELY GOING TO PUT YALL OUT OF BUSINESS..The majority of the people I know, now attend the DOllar General off of hwy 583 near the green store..Hope for yalls sake, yall can get some new management in there and dependable motivated good workers..”
“My wife and I visited this Covington location on a weekday afternoon for a vaccine from the pharmacy. Although we had appointments, we had to wait long past our appointed time. I mention this simply because, while we waited, we observed a pharmacy staff of 6-7 (pharmacists, pharm techs, clerks, etc.) fighting an uphill battle to complete tasks and serve a flood of clients. To their credit, they performed with great efficiency and were respectful, helpful, and welcoming to all with whom they dealt. I was impressed.I have no pharmacy experience, but as a retired biomedical professional with an understanding of difficulties in the industry that have grown since the recent pandemic, I observed obvious staffing issues that must be addressed by management. I'm sure that duties have increased for all employees (especially for registered pharmacists!), but this does not excuse superhuman workloads. I hope that management will find original and equitable solutions to this issue.”

“Great experience at pharm here, after terrible experience at pharm on Collins Rd CVS. Katherine actually spent time looking & found some of the meds that other stores didn’t have. Even pharm cashier very nice. They had others to wait on also. I recommend them highly. A little extra effort & kindness goes a long way in keeping customers.”

“FIRE coffee and also I just love getting gas here ?? usually I have to go in and pay cash and the lady is always very nice to me. The reason I am missing one star on this 5 star experience is because one time I’ve gone in there during the night time to get slushees with my friend one of the workers got mad and said they were closed and kicked the microwave next to me and it scared me lolllllll oh also the gas station by Walmart is cheaper LOL get rekt. oh wait almost forgot about there yummy FROYO”
“Great store! Staff is not always at the front near the registers which could sometimes be annoying but they have recently put in a self checkout which is working great as a remedy! ??”

“Service was a little slow and I had to find someone to handle the photo/FedEx counter... maybe that's par for these places. I don't do pharmacy stores much, but I kind expect there to be service when I approach a counter. In the end I did get taken care of. Definitely had worse service elsewhere!”

They handle 100s of prescriptions every day so go in with realistic expectations & do as much as you can with your scripts yourselves before making requests. Highly suggest utilizing their app! Can do so much on the app from refilling (most) prescriptions, syncing scripts, transferring pharmacies, pre-pay, mail ordering. SO much! Take advantage of that app!”
