On Saturday, May 11th, I visited the bank and was the first person in line to enter the bank. I need to meet with someone to make some changes and open another account. I was told to have a seat and someone will be right out to help me. There were 3 tellers and one in the drive-thru. I sat there for 10 minute and asked how long will it be. One of the tellers shouted to me and said she didn't know and that she have a customer. I replied to her that I'm a customer and was first in line. She was very nasty and I told her that. I also told her that it's not good customer service and she became some nasty. 10 minutes later she came front the teller desk very nasty and told me now I'm ready to help you and I told her no. I explained to her that I would like someone else. How can I trust someone who treated/spoke to me so badly. I re[plied "then you can come back on Monday. I replied why should I come back on Monday when I was the first person that walked through the door. I contacted the corporate office and they over heard her talking to me very nasty. I did file a complaint. I will be taking my business else where. The location is in Chalmette on 8117 West Judge Perez

Today I had a situation where I deposited cash through the drive thru commercial and the tellers misplaced $100. Not too mention they never greeted me and just stared at me through the window. They gave me my receipt with the wrong total and I noticed shortly after. Christian was the ONLY professional teller that actually helped me. When i explained the situation to Christian she relayed the message to the drive thru tellers and they erupted in laughter and dismal comments as if i was trying to scam them or something. As if they ( the three drive thru window workers. all 3 because for some reason there was 3 people working on 1 thing which is probably how Blonde Lady misplaced my money) couldn’t believe that they may have sat down or dropped my money in mists of their conversation I was so rudely interrupting. The Blond Lady claimed she counted her drawer and found nothing wrong. “Coincidentally” when I asked for an itemized receipt of how many of each bills were received. The drawer was actually counted this time and the misplaced $100 was found and 0 apologies were given.

Capital One is worse than Chase, which is pretty bad. The staff at this location are nice and helpful, but the company management as a whole brings all locations down. The closure of locations, the move to cashless, the lack of upkeep/development of the locations since Capital One wants to be online only. This location is in a convenient path for me, but the ATM always has ridiculous wait times. I've had friends with show stopping account problems where they got locked out of their money for significant amounts of time. Do yourself a favor and find a trustable local bank.

I love this bank. Rates are amazing, friendly tellers, all services are excellent Convenient location and has fantastic online banking options. Very happy with this bank and I plan to move all of my banking to this location. Good job!

Have been with capital one customer for years and the people are always very friendly when i do have to go inside which makes the visit better!!! Very quick in fixing whatever problem occurs.
