The service at Stine is second to none! There's a customer service desk to the right of the entrance, and we were helped immediately. We were buying a battery-operated blower. One of the workers got it, assembled it, and showed us how to use it. He also registered it for a three-year warranty. All repairs would be done right there onsite. The workers are friendly and knowledgeable. Great job!

It's hard to find good customer service these days. I can't say enough about Stephen at my neighborhood Stine. I had trouble using my neighbor's chain saw. I brought it to Stine since it needed oil; Stephen really took his time with me to examine the device, help me is preparing it for safe and efficient use, and choose the correct oil for it. He went above and beyond what 99% of salespeople do these days. Stine is lucky to have such an employee!

went into Stine's today and had the most amazing experience. walked in the front door and was immediately greeted by the lady from customer service. Went by the light bulbs, store associate immediately greeted and sprung into action needless to saying I hadn't plan on buying anything in that department to but who can so no to such a helpful and informative associate. next stop plumbing department, same wonderful service, different associate. This man walked me step by step and encouraged me to change the valve on my toilet and assured me he had faith I could get the job done in which I did. How amazing was this. lastly was checkout and guess what, nothing short of the first 3 associates. same friendly smile small talk and all. I visit Stine's at least once a month and by far this was one of the best experiences yet!!!

In service for a Samsung washerRepair person Offered visit for afternoon, called us at 1030am and stated if your not home now this is my last stop for Youngsville. This is poor service.Very disappointed

I was led to Stines for the purchase of a new washing machine and dryer. I was met by Luke P.in that dept. in the Lafayette store. It had been years since I had been in the market for a new machine and dryer. I was explained all the new technology of the new machines but I stressed to him I just wanted a machine to do my clothes and a full size set of sheets and maybe a blanket here and there. I was not into a computerized wi-fi start my machine while driving home from work. I just wanted simple regular washer and dryer. He ended up recommending a GE Hotpoint 3.8 CUFT top Load machine and the matching GE 6.2 CUFt Elec Dryer. I purchased and had it delivered on 3-22-22. Since I wash twice a week and its only myself I was shocked that this machine is loud, and travels all over my utility room. I am 66 years old and have done laundry for many years and never have seen a washer as this. It bangs and moves. I am to the point I want it out of my home. Is there any way you could work with me in puchasing a new and maybe larger capacity machine. What my investigation found is that a 3.8 CuFt is not very large. The price was okay compared to what I purchased on my older machine was in range so I did not question him after I told him what I wanted. You were a local business and I try and support local businesses. What should or what can be done. It just made a year and I am not happy with the washer AT ALL. I am on a fixed income, could you help me in this matter or is this just a mistake on my part.?Thank you, Mary M. Lafayette, LA

This weekend, tax free !! Me and hubby went to look. We found outdoor rockers $ 74.99 they only had 1 left.Looks like they raised there prices on also.

Unlike the big box stores, Stine has professional employees who know their trade fields and can quickly identify what is needed for the job! They are friendly and helpful! The drivethru lumber yard gets you in and out. Convenient location right off of Ambassador Caffery Ext.
