I didn't actually go here. I called and asked about a particular kind of juice and even though they didn't have the correct milligram of nicotine she offered to make it by mixing 0mg juice with the correct amount to create a 6mg. I declined, but that is called good customer service. ??

The selection is always amazing. They have pretty much anything you could possibly want from a Smoke and Vape shop and the staff is super helpful, friendly, and every experience I've had here is absolutely top notch! I absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Everything from this shop if extremely cheaply made and will break or be unusable after just a few months. The managers/owners refuse to acknowledge any issues with their cheaply made products and refuse to give out any kind of refund. Horrible place with horrible products.

I used to love getting my vapes from Vibes until today. I had recently purchased a pastel cartel vape on Thursday March 9th, 2023. The first day, it was fine but on Friday it started to taste burnt and really hard to puff. Being that I ONLY work in Broussard on the week day and couldn’t go there Friday and Monday due to work, I went in today March 14th, 2023 on my lunch break . I explained to the manager of what happened and the cashier that sold me the vape was also there and also told him that I was just there Thursday. After I had explained to him what was going on with the faulty vape, he then tells me that they only last people about 4-5 days and he was also trying to get me to buy another one when I had just purchased one on Thursday. Mind you, I barely use vapes and that brand normally lasts me for a week and a half, and if my vape was dead the light would have been flashing repeatedly when you take a puff and it didn’t. I said all of this to say that I am upset because I’m a loyal customer and the money I spend there(including tipping employees) I should have gotten an exchange or refund for their faulty merchandise that they sold me.
