Unless you can make it run at spot it's way out the way to go to pull something that you one can't hear run two won't be able to try it on spot .and found them to be rude.

Aside from the rude and condensending attitude from the steroid fueled juice junky it wouldn't be a half bad place to do business if they could adhere to the price list instead of charging whatever they can get away with.
My professional assessment being this business is lacking in ethics and employee control. Hire a manager who isn't afraid to do what needs to be done, firing the drug abuser and reinforcing some ethics.
