Wouldn't shop at that store on airline if that was the only cell phone store around. The ones that were holding the floor down rude no help the sad part was i was the only customer in store and I had to call the main headquarters while I was there to get help. But you better believe they took there break.

This store was not helpful. Employee did not know, nor cared to know, how to solve a problem when creating my new account. She called her supervisor but they didn't help either. My suggestion, go to the Best Buy down the road. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to solve problems rather than ignore them.

Sprint is Sprint. Ranked as 4th in the big 4. The store manager was very knowledgable and friendly. I'm expecting things to change for the better for Sprint once the T-Mobile acquisition takes place.

The location on Airline was wonderful. The young man who assisted is was very friendly and helpful. He answered all questions and addressed all our concerns. My only regret was not writing down his name so I can give him proper credit.

This was the worst experience I've ever had visiting a sprint store. The young lady was completely dismissive of customers and continued ignoring patrons even though she watched them leave after not being helped. After 40 minuted, she STILL did not help me, the manager returned fruition lunch and assisted me. If that wasn't bad enough, she repeatedly interrupted my transaction by joking with him regarding signage four some upcoming event and balloons she filed without helium. DON'T GO THERE FOR HELP - YOU WON'T GET IT.

Didn't waive activation fee and after a few days of driving to store and on the phone with customer service and it was done but then a disconnection fee that showed up2 billing cycles later and it seemed to snow ball billing errors and me calling to get sprint to fix the issue and the adjustments they had to credit i was put in some financial team for people that didn't pay there bill and called to much And the 2 ladies I talked were so disrespectful and talked over me and would not let me get a word in so in general the way they worded notes and the adjustments they had to credit for sprints fault this financial team told me they have been doing me a favor but I told her it was there fault and she that was my problem and the store didn't get my phone when it was promised and i only had cash so the salesman took my cash and he put it on his personal credit card and im a disabled veteran retired from navy and between that store on airline drive and customer service they said they would take care of my.military discounts and after asking for 2 t0 3 billing cycles when I went to the new Sprint corporate store on Ellerby road the manager informed me my plan didn't allow that and i was ready to switch to a new carrier the salesman there was able to help me and resold Sprint back to me and now my kids are getting cell phones for Christmas thanks to Brandon m. at Ellerbe road. He assured me that he would help me with my account for now on. And that's above and beyond
