Michael’s always has the best selection of every crafting thing I need! Great sales and I have yet to meet a single employee who didn’t go above and beyond to ensure I had everything I came for and to help me when I wasn’t sure of the best option for my project!

This store is stocked with many personnel that are truly abysmal at their jobs. Watching them attempt to perform even simple functions is like watching a toddler with a Rubik's Cube. The Shreveport location is marginally better if you have the choice.
