The lines take forever..I always get a ice caramel coffee and turns out cup full with ice.. i came several times so i know who does them...am i buying ice or coffee? Then when I go to the counter they just say " I had to make coffee", yeah! "coffee" not no whole lot of ice in a cup! So it ain't worth the wait nor the cup of ice I didn't even order.. they need to get re-skilled because I know no one will want a whole cup of ice all the way to the top for coffee.. I came so many times to get disappointed of my favorite drink ...

It's a big bright girl that's suppose to be the manager at night over a younger crew and they are the MOST GHETTO AND UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES I'VE EVER SEEN..For months I've drove across town to the other McDonald's for better service.. Hoping service would be better I stopped at this just for them to prove me wrong.

Yes, I know... I gave Micky D's 5 stars. Rather than slogging through the drive through line, order online, park and let them bring your order to the car. You just might give them 5 stars too!

Literally missing half our order and the parts we did get were cold. We were rushed to hurry up and order then had trouble with the workers hearing us. Had to yell out order. Pulled up to the pay window and all the workers were just sitting them talking and laughing. Got no straws for our drinks and cold fries :(

Made a couple of orders from the menu and the person took the order added an extra fry, so when we got to the window we noticed it of course so we had her to take it off, so when the manger took it if she didn’t give us our change she only gave us the dollar amount so when we brought it to her attention she said that she told us that they didn’t have the change, which she didn’t. So it was like .90 cents and my husband said no I want my change, so of course she copped an attitude had us sitting there for her to die up, I guess the change because we sat there for about 20-25 minutes then she decided to present our change! There was more that happed but this was the gist of it! #theattitudethough?

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Worst experience of my life, they refused to give me my mobile order for 30 minutes then the manager came out and was ruder than sin, I asked for the number to help dispute the charges since they wouldn’t give me my order they gave me ZAXBYS NUMBER you can’t make this stuff up I will NEVER be returning their food ain’t even good enough to be acting this way

I have not been to a McDonalds for at least a year so I decided to see if they still have my favorite french fry. I wanted to try the Big Mac but I knew I should eat the fillet-o-fish. When I saw I could get both for $6, BINGO! I ordered the 2 for $6 and a large fry, order number 225. I paid $8.99 + tax then headed to the next window where the young lady with the black and white long braids asked me if I ordered the Big Mac, fillet-o-fish and large fries holding my bag out. I said yes, thanked her and drove home. Got home to a fillet-o-fish and large fries, NO BIG MAC. This should not happen, especially when there is no dining in option.

2 stars because I am glad the folks are working. I am sorry that I scared the food widow woman. But if she spent more time paying attention. I would have had knock on the window. I had to turn around because she shorted me 2 cheese burgers. I expect to get what I paid for. Tell your manager to open the dining area and I could have come in there. The Manager was working the back or order window. I am sorry but you need to bust some balls. Oh I called to apologize to that young lady for scaring her. But no one answered.

If I could give it 0 star I would. I have been going to this McDonalds for a long time as a consumer and a Dasher and Uber Eats Driver. Tonight was my very last order here and I do not plan to ever eat here at this McDonalds ever again.As a Dasher I have waited for food for over 10-20 minutes to get the food making me late to the customer which looks bad on me. Today I met another Dasher waiting to know what was going on. They have a bell on their door so they can come open the door and get the code so they know you are there. She told me she rang the bell twice and nobody came to her. How are you supposed to know who she was waiting on? I rang the bell twice and after an employee slid out I walked in. She told me she was bagging my order....So it took her 15 minutes "to bag my order"??? All the while there was employees playing around in the lobby. A full line at the drive thru and two Dashers McDonalds waiting to get their food and the entire McDonalds team acting like kids. Dashers do not get paid to sit and wait and watch you play around on the job. None of the employees smile or even acknowledge you when you are clearly looking through the glass to get some sort of answer on the food youre picking up.As a consumer I have had things missing, sauce packets, drink was wrong, drink was flat, no ice cream (no surprise there), cold food and fries.There is a McDonalds on Airline which is better to their Dashers and their Customers. Highly recommend that one.

The worst customer service!!! And they always miss something in your order! I paid for a double cheeseburger and they don’t have change if you paid with cash and then they give me a single cheeseburger is second time they do the same if I go there is because is the only one I have close to my house
