Finding a car was becoming a nightmare. In one car place no one came and talked or helped the front person was busy ........anyway. I went home defeated and the girls exusted. My husband saved the day. He set up an appointment with a woman named Emily at Holmes Honda. I was so uncomfortable I just wanted a car, which of couse was apparently never going to happen. WRONG! We get to Holmes Honda and Emily is there to greet us. She got my kids set up and smiling, and I was able to focus better (that popcorn and drink machine was a good idea.) I can't say enough on the very awesome experience I had with all the staff there, but not being made to feel like my husband would have to come get my car for me is a big one i like to talk about. She let me drive one again to make my mind up, lol of course it was my car I have now. I have problems that make it difficult with paperwork and electronic forms and things. Unfortunately more salesman than I thought really couldn't make this work. Emily, everytime I started getting stressed and wanting to do it later would step in tell me to take my time and would then distract the girls and I was able to take time for myself and got it done comfortably and with no mistakes. She was reading me very well and finally helped me get a handle on the car for me it didnt seem like she was reading from a book or something she really knew alot about the vehicles and she showed me everything so i could test it. She pointed out all the normal car stuff but also the mom things I look at instead of what my husband told me to focus on. And man do I love my car it is perfect for what I need for the mom life. Even the lady in finance (Sorry I tried unsuccessfully to remember her name) was so good I still feel bad for how much she had go over things for me with a real smile on her face. Emily again took my girls and got some photos with the new car and it was nice to focus and get done so much faster or not have to come back next week like I was going to have to do. Holmes Honda thank you for have such amazing people. Emily we are so happy with our experience and with how you saved the day and rescued us from a terrible experience it had turned into. I can't recommend this Honda and Emily enough to any one looking for a car. It was a real pleasure for my whole family.

Emily made our first car buying experience an amazing one. There was no animosity from having to “play the sales game” with her. She was straight forward and professional with us and actually listened to all the things we needed and wanted and worked to make it happen. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone! The show room and other stuff were also very nice and made the experience that much better!

Although this is a lengthy review of our experience, I implore you to take the time to read our review of Holmes Honda in Bossier City. My son recently purchased a 2018 Honda Civic Type R in our home state of Indiana. He traveled back to Louisiana (last week), and we made the 13-hour drive to bring him his vehicle. After arriving in Bossier City, we unexpectedly had a flat tire. We were less than 2 miles away from Holmes Honda and made a frantic phone call to see if their service department could squeeze us in for a repair. Upon arriving at Holmes Honda, we were greeted by Travis Buckmaster who quickly got technician’s looking at my son’s vehicle. The Honda Civic Type R has very specific tire specifications, and they were able to determine that a nearby Honda dealership had the tire. It was late in the afternoon (on a Saturday), and the tire would not arrive from the other dealership until Monday. Tanisha (an employee) overheard our predicament and offered to make the drive to the other dealership to pick up the tire for us. Travis maintained open lines of communication with us during the entire process and strove to provide us with the highest level of care and respect. The Holmes Honda team went above and beyond to get my son’s car back in perfect condition, and I assure you we were beyond impressed with the entire experience. They were professional, transparent, and efficient. It is not often that one encounters such outstanding service, and I truly appreciate the dedication and effort the Holmes Honda team exuded to ensure we were taken care of. Furthermore, I highly recommend their services to others and look forward to them working with my son with all his automotive needs.

My salesperson was Nicole. She is literally the best sales person I’ve ever ran across in my life!! She’s very informative and patient & knowledgeable about various amounts of things. I was referred to her by a friend because I was looking to trade in my vehicle. As soon as I contacted her she was on it. Trying to find the best vehicle to fit me. I told her my expectations for the type of vehicle I wanted & she literally found the perfect car for me and my baby! If you’re looking for a new vehicle please ask for Nicole you will definitely be satisfied!! Highly recommend!

Emily at Holmes Honda Bossier City was great, she took her time to listen to our wants and needs and helped us determine the right car for our family. It was not a high pressure car sale game like other experiences we have had previously with other dealerships. Very impressed the way the Holmes team put the deal together.

My husband and I purchased a vehicle from Holmes Honda 4 years ago and had a very unpleasant experience. We were skeptical about going back but we absolutely love the Honda product. I reached out to Emily and she made everything easy. When Alex joined in it made it twice as nice for my husband and I. There were no surprises. We took care of everything over the phone and internet up to the point of signing papers and driving home in our new Pilot. I would recommend Holmes Honda to anyone wanting to deal with honest people who understand the importance of your time and money. Emily and Alex have made us believers again. We hope to be lifelong customers!
